No stars! My hair is falling out due to extremely dry hair after washing it it feels like straw! 6 months of this and I’ve lost a lot of my hair! I wonder if it’s burning my scalp!? DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Needs to be pulled off the shelves!

It makes my hair very soft and it smells good BUT recently I’ve discovered all my hair is falling out in the shower, a lot, probably because of their shampoo/conditioner. I see a lot of people who say the same.

I used the green & black love beauty and planet deodorant and have really really bad burns under both of my armpits that are so painful.. will never recommend this product not to mention it wears off in less then an hr or 2..

I had used this product for about 1 year before I realized how big of a greenwashed scam it is. After visiting my barber and having him inspect my scalp as well as a dermatologist, I was told to use a scalp exfoliator brush for shampooing which I did. I was told to NEVER use this product again as it was causing incredible buildup and causing my hair to fall out in buildup clumps. I cannot wait for a class action to inevitably take place, because I have ample proof documented to support it.

After just a couple of washes my hair started falling out by the handfuls. I was so worried I was gonna be bald soon. Every time I looked in the mirror I wanted to cry and tried everything to cover the bald thinning spots. This should be a lawsuit

Ugh. Same boat here. I had been wondering why I am losing hair and my hair is thinning! Had my thyroid checked and all. Tossing this out today!!!

This product has made over half my hair fall out, in long stands
I bought this a month or two ago and I hardly have any hair left.
I've been thinking it's stress, hormones, thyroid . I'm making an appointment to go to the DR.
Just because of this... Get all my blood work done .. Thinking there something wrong with me.
And her it is, this product causing all this!!!!! I'm so angry
I hate to even look in the mirror or get ready for work and have to do anything with this hair I have left

I am one among many who've complained about losing SO much hair in a few months and not understanding why until I looked into complaints about LBP hair products. Anyone want to help me look into starting a class action lawsuit? This should not be allowed on store shelves and everyone affected deserves compensation.

After reading some negative reviews about shipping I decided to contact Love beauty direct to ask about a possible purchase and expected turn around time. I also tried to research a shampoo brand that was supposed to be better and healthier, without harsh ingredients. I found LBP.

After about 2 months, as I showered, using the LBP shampoo and conditioner…I started losing clumps of hair in long, full strands.

I absolutely had a panic attack!

I tried to see if it was my diet, or stress, until I read other reviews.
I immediately threw out the products that I purchased, and now am in the process of regrowing, and rehydrating my hair!

I’ve been using this shampoo and conditioner for about a month and it’s been making my hair fall out the whole time and I thought it was nothing at first, but now every time I wash or brush my hair I’m losing so many full length strands in the clumps that come out. And on top of that now the root area is so oily and greasy and the mid-end is so dry that my hair is basically impossible to do anything with other than brush and put in a really low ponytail. I bought this shampoo to switch to a natural one and the brand seems so good but then when you have a problem and go looking for answers they have so many negative reviews on their hair care products and their deodorant but I haven’t seen anything where they’ve tried to fix any of the issues, I’m pretty disappointed at the results I’ve had and that so many other people are dealing with.

I didn’t experience hair loss and I’ve used an entire bottle of the Micellar shampoo. It helped my dry scalp and psoriasis, smells amazing and feels amazing

I've been losing hair like crazy for a few months and for a bit, I thought it was just a weird, stress hair cycle but when I noticed that it wasn't stopping and I had lost over half of my hair in only a couple months, I started to think about anything I may have changed within that period and after ruling out a few things I thought about this shampoo.

Well I ended up here.

I think I've found what's causing my issue and I have thrown out the LBP junk and switched to ROUTINE Shampoo and conditioner to try to regrow my hair.
EWG.com has some flagged ingredients on LBP ingredients list and with this many women having these same side effects it's enough for me to never use their products again and get their products off Target shelves.

I bought this a couple of years ago and read to keep it away from roots. So I did. My hair was so great. One shower & I was thinking of other things and just washed my hair as usual a couple of DAYS later I noticed a lot of my hair coming out in the brush or just on my clothes. I too threw it away.This product needs to be reinvented or done away with completely.

If I could give a 0 I would. Started using the shampoo back in August 2021. Just realized how much thinner my hair is now and how much I hair I have truly lost. Do not recommend!!! This product needs to be removed immediately!

I bought love beauty and planet thinking it would be good for my hair! After a couple weeks of using, my scalp was starting to itch and realized my hair had thinned out so so much!! I decided to see if anyone else had this problem and the reviews had me in tears! What kind of product is this?! What kind of chemical I could’ve been exposed to that’s done this!? I get so upset looking in the mirror at my hair it’s made me so self conscious. I had thick pretty brown hair and now its so thin you can see my scalp when I pull it back in a ponytail. This company is complete crap and needs to own up to this and shut it down.

I used love beauty and planet 5 in 1 shampoo and after just a few weeks I noticed scalp burning and hair thinning. Threw it away and my condition slowly improved. Never, ever again

I loved this product at first when it was recommended to me because it made hair soft and smelt great but after using the shampoo and conditioner for about 6-8 months my hair still is soft but I’ve lost 2x as much hair than normal I didn’t really notice at first but after a while I’m losing so much hair that you can see it everywhere

After the first few washes my hair feels nice and voluminous. But after that, i noticed that my hair starts getting more oily, and everytime i wash it, lot of hair start falling out, and it has become very noticeable and concerning.

If you have thin hair like me, please don’t use it, you’ll go bald very soon 😭

I used this product for the first time just shortly before posting this review. It took only one use to experience what everyone else is saying on here. My scalp started burning a bit after applying the shampoo & conditioner, and then I noticed my hair started falling out quite a bit. I'm still easily pulling out hair as I sit here and write this. My scalp is also still tingling a bit. I was excited about this brand because the products smell amazing, but it's definitely not worth losing all of my hair over. I'd recommend staying away from this product. It will do more harm than good.
