Awful Company, Terrible Customer Support Team. 😡
Pretty Bad customer support team. I spent over £100+ they were supposed to give me a free nail lamp. They also messed up and gave me the wrong item. I’m still trying to get my free lamp and still no news. This company is garbage and even though I have spent a bit I will take my money elsewhere. Pretty disappointed in a drop shipping company that can’t even read and get your order right.
Edit. They are asking me to pay £4 for shipping the “free” nail lamp I was supposed to get in my original order because I didn’t “add it to cart” when it wasn’t even shown. They didn’t even have the decency to even send the nail lamp that I was supposed to get for free. What backwards company is this. AVOID AVOID.
Updated: I received my replacement hand lotion and there is no pump! It was even broken off when I received it!!! I physically cannot stand this company.
She has the audacity to say “We will ship it once it is back in stock” when you asked me to pay £4 to get it delievered???? What a bunch of liars.
Just stay away from this company. You won’t get anything back. Save your money and spend it somewhere else to on a company who deserves your money. Appalling. 😡
Zero customer services, poorly run company.
I'd never used them before and so took advantage of a sale yo purchase some items and try them out.
I ordered some individual colours and a "rainbow" pack. In the pics it was the 7 rainbow colours in pretty pastel shades.
My order arrived and one of my individual colours was missing, and my pretty pastel "rainbow" pack included 2 oranges that are near on exact, and an almost black navy blue.
I contacted customer services like 5 minutes after opening my order on saturday, realising there was a mistake, took pics of the items I'd received along with a pic of the delivery note, and waited for someone to get back to me.
Today is now Tuesday and they have been totally useless up to this point.
I've been told "we reserve the right to send u any colour we want if ur item isn't in stock" well that's lovely, but as I pointed out to them,it DOESNT say that anywhere on the site/page.... they couldn't and didn't respond to that. However, would you believe it, by some miracle there is now an amended area stating the above lol so they are now claiming it was there all along lol but im not stupid, I also took pics of the page on Saturday, to prove my case, before someone from IT had time to add their little amendment.
I'm being told I can send them back for a refund or send them back and they'll get me the correct colours. So I asked how they would cover the cost of me returning the items, to be told they wouldn't cover the cost, I'd have to pay "as per our terms and conditions". I asked them to show me where in their terms and conditions it stated that they won't pay to cover THEIR mistake.... I've been ignored ever since.
This is a poorly run company. Non existent customer service, and the little that u might receive, doesn't care, isn't interested and will just keep telling u "terms and conditions".
If only they spent as must money on getting some decent staff that don't have the Vicky Pollard attitude, rather than all the advertising and OTT packaging, they might get a higher score.
Please do ur homework. Google this company and see the endless bad reviews, not even just on trust pilot. There are pages and pages!
Shocking Customer Service
I recently made my first purchase from candy coat after seeing a hema free set that I could use to do my at home manicures. I bought this with the intention of having no issues with any reactions or irritation - but wasn’t I wrong!
Less than 12hrs after application two fingers began to itch and appear scaly and very very uncomfortable. Within 72 hours 6 fingers (ranging in severity) had some form of reaction from these products.
I made sure to only use the items in this set and NO OTHER so if I did react to anything I could at least narrow it down.
As you can imagine I was super disappointed because the colours and the quality of the products initially looked fantastic but now I have spent over £60 for products I cannot use!
When speaking to customer service I was disregarded and told the reaction WAS NOT to do with their products at all and they’re heavily tested. I understand these items are put through significant testing before being sold, however when this reaction is definitely down to their products in some way shape or form I SHOULD NOT be disregarded.
Not once did I state this was an error on their part or that the reaction is something severe as I am aware it isn’t. But the reaction is very much real, I have/am experiencing it and it is due to their items.
Opened items can’t be returned for hygiene which is also understandable but there was no offer for compensation, any help or even an apology for the discomfort I am in.
Passing the blame and making me feel like a liar when I spent hard earned money on these products in good faith is not acceptable - Do Better!
Do not buy an E VOUCHER
I ordered an E voucher a week ago for my sisters birthday and when I open the email and click on the link it says error, so I have been emailing back and forth with candy coat as they wanted proof of this,I have had very little replies from them and its now "left with the technical team" I also asked for a refund witch got completely ignored twice.
I can't believe iv had so much trouble with an E voucher I have used candy coat for a couple of years now and WILL NOT be using them again.
I have been a customer for 5 years, quality is now bad. AVOID
I have been a customer for 5 years. 5 Years of loving their products and swearing by them. But I can see in the past year the quality has gone down so severely, all to squeeze out as many profits as they can from customers.
I got lint-free pads from them this week and the label on it is not even candy-coat it has Chinese text on it. They ordered mass amounts of them from China for barely any cost and they sell them at a £1.50 MORE than they are on amazon. THE EXACT SAME PACKET, The exact same listing is on amazon, do they order them there too? Not even a lazy candycoat sticker branding on top to pretend its their item. Each order this year has been cheap, when something is missing from the list they replace it with garbage no one wants instead of refunding.
Absolute disgrace, you have lost a loyal customer. I loved all of your items for years, especially the Cookie Dough items. But the way you delete comments from IG, don't take any criticism, lower quality to 0, you don't deserve to be open anymore.

Ordered some Items off Tik shop and Thought I'd check the website out Realised They offered a gel Polish Subscription box for £15 a month
I Tried to Buy it But Had an Error Thought I'd ask on Instagram no Reply So decided to ask on the live chat took over a week back and fourth to State a IT Error cut Short 2 weeks later still can't Buy just emptys from The basket fed up of asking get told they will get back to me nobody bothers
I've left 3 comments on Instagram, and all 3 of them deleted says it all. Really won't bother spending my money with a company that can not be bothered il Go elsewhere instead

I spent over £80 order I returned my order as I was not happy and now they don’t give me money back as they say they have not received. Scammers. Bad customer services. I left bad review on instagram and they blocked me. Again don’t waist your time and money. Made in china quality, the mistery box is really a mistery bescise you don’t know where are half of the items that you see on the web that you are going to get. I want my money back
Poor quality
The products came with labels hanging off and on one shade the colour was vastly different from the label to what came out - label red/orange product neon pink. That’s my eyes problem apparently to their customer service…
I’m beginning to wish k hadn’t ordered
My order arrived. Poorly packaged and that’s why something leaked and went everywhere. Not all items are salvageable. I’ve got 3 items missing from the order. The box with the lamp in was badly damaged. I’ve messaged them twice and I’ve had no response as of yet. I wish I’d have read these reviews before ordering

Ordered candy crush for my granddaughter as part of her Christmas presents. She absolutely loved receiving her "present" every month. My experience with this company was nothing but positive.

Missing order
Ordered the subscription box on the 15th March. It is not 29th April and I still haven’t received this. No correspondence has been sent in regard to this from candy coat themselves and only when I contacted them did I receive a brief message saying it will arrive “shortly”. This is was almost 2 weeks ago and I’m still waiting.
Shocking customer service. It’s a shame because the actual products are amazing.

Truly horrific company
Still waiting on a subscription box i paid for in March. Take my money and still can’t give me a date as to when I’ll receive my items. Only that there’s a ‘slight delay’ laughable that they can say 3 weeks is a ‘slight’ delay!

UPDATE so having got through to customer services I received 2 separate messages one saying that my box would be arriving this week.(Still waiting) then when I queried this as it hadn’t arrived, (no apology) I was told there was a problem with the colours in the box and they didn’t want me receiving duplicate colours so they held on to it. What does that even mean, am I getting the box or not?? and in between have flat out refused to acknowledge I’ve asked for a refund. They’ve completely ignored my requests.

On the 26th of March I made a review. I am now currently on day 42 of waiting for my replacement. Day 30 on waiting for a subscription box I paid for and Day 16 on another.
Honestly. I'm devestated at the way they handle shipping/customer issues. I love their gel. But nothing is worth the lack of concern for missing items and eternity long dispatch times.
Excellent company
I have always ordered my gels from Candycoat as they are high quality and good price value! Everything smells sweet and lovely, plus the but 3 random gels is such an amazing promo. I have never ever had a single issue with them only once where 2 gels have been missed off from the order which understandably can happen at any time as we are all human and we make mistakes. Martine has been most helpful, arranged for the missing gels to be posted next day. The issues has been resolved in the space of 3 working days. Absolutely amazing customer services on top of their amazing products.

Don’t bother…
Really wish I’d thought to come here first before placing my order. The website states 48hrs for dispatch (I ordered on the 6th)…it’s now been double the dispatch time and still haven’t had a notification to say it’s on the way. I’ve emailed and received nothing from them. Really unreliable company and I definitely won’t be ordering again. If it comes to it, I’ll be getting my bank involved to get my money back as it’s not cheap and people can’t afford to spend money and not receive their order.
Update: so after 9 days had passed (and i’d chased for an update) I finally got my parcel and I’ll openly admit that the products are lovely! Really nice quality and scents. They really let themselves down with the lack of customer care and delayed delivery, otherwise they’d be a fantastic company.

After reading all the bad reviews i bravely made an order. My first order was posted within 48 hours and got to me the following day, i had ordered the nude and rainbow collections. There is some lovely colours among these but had some repeats and I feel as though whoever packs the orders is not taking care and consideration when choosing colours. I also ordered their mini lamp which is lovely. I then made a second order of a silicone hand for practice, this was also posted after 48 hours and arrived the next day. I am really impressed with this hand and can’t wait to use it! however in the reviews others had received tips to go with the hand but i didn’t receive any so am on a hunt to find some that fit!

I was very excited to receive the product, but I was disappointed when I saw that the colour was completely different from the photo on the product description page. The actual colour was much darker and different than what I expected.
I contacted customer service to request an exchange or refund, but they informed me that the colour difference was due to my computer monitor's display and that they could not offer me any assistance.I am very disappointed with this response.
In addition to the colour difference, I am also disappointed with the smell of the gel after it hardened. The smell is so bad that I don't want to use the product.
Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience with this company. I will not be buying again in the future.
