Rocket Mortgage called to offer me a refinance. I have excellent credit, guaranteed income (social security, passive income from investments). After telling me no problem, it took them 5 months. The day before I was supposed to close, they asked for all new documents they hadn't requested before.
I'm a realtor. In today's competitive market, can you imagine ever getting a home through them? You wouldn't stand a chance. I finally threatened them with age discrimination (I'm 70). The next day, I had my refinance. I wish I had read their reviews on the BBB website before I started with them. One star is too many.

I got several calls from mortgage lenders right away. I was able to call back when I had time to talk. I was afraid I'd be inundated with calls for weeks but that didn't happen. As soon as I selected someone to go forward with the calls stopped.

Fast and easy. Everything was explained well. Great customer service. After talking with many mortgage companies, I went with Rocket. They were the most efficient and clear in all their explanations of details.

I have no idea what this is about all I know that no one has lowered my bill's or nothing has lowered my bill's.

Upon contacting 'Lower My Bills',, with regards to refinancing, I was immediately connected with a mortgage company. Although I was frustrated, that the process took 45 days longer than originally quoted, I wouldn't & didn't hesitate speaking with friends & family, about my many positive experiences, ie: a team is assigned to you, everyone polite & professional, willingness of team to assist you, the relief I felt & still feel, the lowering
& elimination of bills, money received for home upgrades & repairs, mortgage payment only increased $2.00, etc.

The Lower My Bills team was great to work with. Everyone that I dealt with were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.

A BIG NO! After submitting all of my personal financial data and identification they couldn't help me get everified and they cancelled my loan. Go elsewhere if you'd like competence with being treated like a human being.

I never used any service from Lower My Bills and they're sending me emails to review them.

If they cannot keep their clients list accurate, should you trust them?

I am so glad I clicked on this link to find out better options for my mortgage. I ended up lowering my interest rate even more, changed my loan type and I even was able to take 10 years off my mortgage by switching to Rocket (Quicken Loans)!

I did a VA Refinance with Rocket Mortgage and couldn't be happier. The rate I received was 2.25 and the customer service was outstanding. My Rocket Agent Ahmeen, was awesome, called me anytime there was a question and walked me through the entire process. Honestly I kept waiting for something to go wrong, but it just never happened.
About 2 weeks after the signing, Rocket sent me a box full of goodies to say thank you.
Also, something that was important to me was that Rocket doesn't sell your mortgage to another servicer, Rocket services your loan for the life of the loan.
I highly recommend Rocket Mortgage
