Well it’s a lot faster than you think. So as soon as you do this be ready for an hour plus phone call. Oh with a real person at that. Made the call a week ago and I’m closing in another week.

Totally disappointed. I felt that it was nothing more than a bait-and-switch scheme. The deal sounded great until I looked at the fine print, and then I saw the light. A low ball initial offer, and then, after a Good Faith Deposit, POW, it's much more than initially estimated! After trying to back out of the deal due to it, I get no response to my cancellation and a request for a refund. Never again!
