The 8 inch cube is adorable. My clients absolutely love it. The product itself is lovely to hold and rotate through the photos. It's just fun.

the online order system took 3 hrs.

Although I selected 'fit to frame', half of my 96 photos were 'full frame'. there is clearly an issue with orders and when they are printed.

I had to prove that my order was wrong and was not my fault before agreeing to re print.

DPD were used to deliver to reprints that took far too long, due to our remote location.

As these prints were required to be sent to SQA exam board with there portfolio, the issues I had added to the stress of this part on the process.

Should I use this again next year, I will call to confirm my order and that 'fit to frame' is vital, due to parts being cut off in full frame in which students lose marks.

The sample prints were excellent, and the delivery was very fast.

I tried Loxley as an alternative to another photo print company and, although Loxley is more expensive, the prints were better quality.

I will probably continue using Loxley.

Superb colour and B&W prints. Very well packaged and promptly handled.
Potential issue of file uploads was resolved.
Only criticism, is the polite receptionist was not knowledgeable enough on some technical issues and no one responded to my queries sent by email. For a keen amateur this is a valuable service.

When it came to ordering prints for a photography groups exhibition there was only one choice of photo lab, Loxely Colour. Print quality is excellent and their customer service is excellent.

Used Loxley when I was a pro photographer and their work was always spot on. Now long retired, I still use them when I need high quality digital prints. Highly recommended.

It is great that you offer test prints for free with an before and after of the same image for comparison.
However, as I needed to see how large I could print images taken with a smartphone rather than a proper camera, I needed the after image blown up - just a section of it, of course - to see if the detail would be blurred or ok. Hope this makes sense. Thank you anyway.
