Came a day early, took away a door that was wrongly ordered. Very helpful delivery driver

Deliver delayed, no tracking option available, everything was managed via phone with customer service, like 1998. In the end the items came after days of waiting and now we are struggling to return them - again via phone - as we had to use local alternatives. First time using LPD Doors, probably the last. I hope they improve their processes.

Delivery was prompt, and I'm very satisfied with the color of the exterior door. I would order again if needed.

The doors are exceptional quality for the price I paid. Exactly same door 255. Or more. Well done for looking after people on budget. Love the colour it’s not fully grey it has a grain of beige in it. Love it

Two double glass doors delivered only one delivery driver so had to help unload and lift into house, I’m 5ft3!

The courier arrived when expected and carried a very heavy door into the house for me, he was very pleasant and friendly, I would recommend this courier company.

Delivery driver showed up almost 3 hours before the previously confirmed delivery window without any warning. As I was not home for the delivery he decided try and carry out the kerbside delivery of 10 heavy doors for my wife to deal with when she was carrying our 8 week old child. The delivery driver eventually carried the doors into the property upon a lot of persuasion. When I phoned the company to complain about this I was met with patronising comments from the supervisor such as “I don’t know about you but I would rather my delivery came early” showing absolutely no understanding or sympathy of the situation.

Given the choice I would never deal with this company again.

Our folding patio doors from LPD Doors served us well from 2012 until 2025 when they needed repainting. Unfortunately the decorator broke the glass in one of the doors. We then discovered that the doors are manufactured in such a way that the glass cannot be replaced. There is no beading like a normal window. LPD will not replace the door because it's a discontinued line. So it's necessary to get a bespoke door made by a joiner or replace the whole doorset. So bear in mind, these folding doors may be cheap, but if the glass ever breaks, you will pay the price again.

I haven't unwrapped the doors but they look nice. They were delivered on time by a very helpful guy.

Very satisfied with my door purchase. Initially uncertain about online system but unable to purchase locally so ordered from LPD Doors. Very simple to order and pay and door delivered three days later. The door is good quality and the delivery driver couldn’t have been more helpful. Thoroughly recommend this company. Thank you.

The communication was excellent, the driver phoned to say he was going to be just over an hour earlier than expected and wanted to make sure I was in. The driver was polite, and very helpful and an absolute credit to LPD.

Ordered 12 Farley white primed doors through direct doors express, ten 30 inch width and two 27 inch width. Unfortunately the doors were supplied by lpd doors who sent doors by two different manufacturers and so the paintwork finish is completely different. The 30 inch doors are primed as expected the 27 inch doors have a high gloss sheen to them and looks like it won't paint or adhere. When we asked lpd doors to supply the doors we ordered we were advised to give the doors a good sand and the finish would be the same. If I wanted two different finished doors I would have ordered two different finished doors.
