The doors were delivered on time and in good order.
I would have given 5 stars but the driver attended alone. These doors were a pair of fire doors which are heavy. He told my wife that his instructions were to deliver these doors’kerb side’. Fortunately, he managed to carry them in to our house.
If deliveries dictate ‘kerb side only’, this should be made clear as my wife would not have been able to bring the doors inside on her own.

packing and delivery absolutely…
packing and delivery absolutely atrocious just had a delivery last week from LPD doors leeds the door was orderd through homebase/wilko/range 3 weeks ago the delivery arrived by LPD own transport the packaging was torn and the door exposed scratchers every were rails with chunks of mdf taken out.WHY TRY TO DELIVER IT.its now been another week week without a update.

A Fantastic Service
The communication between the company and myself prior to delivery was excellent, I knew exactly when I needed to be at home.
The delivery was on time and the helpful driver helped carry my delivery into the garage. Fantastic service.

Perfect delivery and great door find
The driver was so lovely. He put the door in the safest place in my Close. Not a mark on the packaging. That was surprising as its raining so bad outside. We are just coming into the second half of a big storm. Would recommend you guys to everyone. The door price was unreal. Living in rented accommodation I wanted something that matched the 1970’s doors I already have. It’s just beautiful. Totally over the moon. On ebay too. Go find them

Nice doors - incompetent staff.
Doors are good quality and a decent price. However company doesn’t seem to be able to follow simple instructions.
Doors weren’t delivered on day they were supposed to be due to van breaking down, fair enough, happens to the best of us. Was asked when I want them to be re delivered asked for the next Friday or Monday as those are my days off. Got told I’d receive a text with the reconfirmed delivery time the night before.
Next day doors turn up at 8.30AM while I’m asleep after a night shift. No warning, no text, driver banging on the door. He was told to deliver them the next day so obviously no communication between the office and the delivery personal. Frustrating.

The driver was friendly, polite and courteous. He offered an immediate apology upon arrival for being slightly delayed.
9.8/10 Only because there's always room for improvement and not to indicate any issues as there weren't any.

Abysmal customer service
Abysmal customer service. Door installation was delayed as we had a severe leak in our upstairs bathroom. 3 of the doors ended up being a bit too big. Despite appropriate storage, LPD refused to allow us to exchange the doors for a different size. Forcing us to repurchase as they needed to match the rest of the house. £400 down, a very expensive leak repair and zero compassion from a company that can very easily take the doors back to be resold even when i was willing to pay for the return. Don't bother, they don't care about their customers
