Their ceramic coating service is nothing but a scam. they guarantee lifetime warranty, but its takes less that a few hours to apply, its called the Hydro9+ whicxh is exclusive to LSH autos, other mercedes dealers and car detailers all confirmed that i was scammed for £1099 for a spray on finish which probaly would not last 6 months. otherwise the service from LSH Autos was fine

Poor customer service from start to finish. Mercedes Stockport did not order the parts required for a service then did not perform the service properly and did not meet their verbal commitments around price, and pulled a fast one over it. Their complaints department is awful and do not even respond, and when they eventually do via Mercedes UK they lie. I will not buy another Mercedes or let any vehicle I own be touched by this organisation again.

I had been reading up on the new range of Chinese cars recently and so my wife and I had called in to just have a look at the range on display in Stockport. However as soon as we walked through the doors there was a new CLA that caught my eye immediately. We had a look round and then we were approached by Jade Hampson -Wild who was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle so much so we chose to test drive the vehicle. We were very impressed as Jade spent time going through some of the features on the vehicle and we had soon built up a rapport and felt at ease in her company. Jade has been outstanding in taking us through the purchasing process and it as been a pleasure doing business with her. She has gone out of her way to make sure things got back on track following one or two hiccups that occurred and that neither party had predicted and we were grateful of her level headed approach. It has been a pleasure to do business with Jade and I wouldn’t hesitate to contact her again should I be looking to purchase another Mercedes vehicle.

From start to finish the sales team were fantastic especially Francis he was so helpful always in contact with me giving updates when my vehicle will be ready to collect.
The service is always second to none, from the customer service and the sales team.

Excellent communication and patient when there was a delay in finance being paid out.

From my initial contact and throughout the entire process, Catherine has helped me outstandingly. Courteous and professional at all times. Catherine explained, in detail, each step of my purchase, including the optional extras available to me. The reveal of the vehicle prior to road test was an exceptionally superb experience and added to the consummate professionalism shown by Catherine. I will very much miss my C43, but am already loving my GLC. Thank you very much for the excellent and personal experience.

A genuinely enjoyable experience from start to finish.
From casually browsing the showroom to walking away having ordered a new car, the atmosphere and approach of the team were outstanding.
I'd especially like to recommend Louis, who was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive from my very first enquiry. He was always responsive to my detailed questions and supported me throughout the entire process, making everything straightforward and stress-free.
This was a complete contrast to my experience at another dealership, where the atmosphere felt pushy and it seemed like the team would only engage with me if they thought I was ready to buy.

It is shocking that, after more than two months of constantly chasing Mercedes for a response regarding a recall they have refused to honour, I am still left without a satisfactory resolution. I was only notified of the recall by letter well after it had been issued, which is completely unacceptable.

This level of customer service is extremely disappointing, especially as I have been a loyal, long-term Mercedes customer. I expected far better communication, transparency, and support from a premium brand. The way this matter has been handled has seriously undermined my confidence in Mercedes and left me feeling let down as a valued customer.

The service from Catherine was exceptional. From beginning to end she was extremely accommodating, happy to answer any questions and attentive. I would highly recommend Mercedes and Catherine for anyone looking to purchase a car. Excellent customer service.
