Purchased my 1st A200 AMG Exec line, great service from start to finish, back new tyre replaced, full tank of petrol, cleaned and valeted, Jaz S (LSH Auto, Erdington) was a great Sales Executive, thankyou for making this a great experience for me.

Chee the sales person sat me down and went through everything it was a delight from start to finish no hic cups and the handover was really smooth even Joseph shown me all the new techno very helpful and Rebeca the sales manager cane over to see if everything was ok very helpful.. so overall well done Mercedes of Whitefield 👍

Excellent service. Manna was very professional and he looked after me. He was very friendly and definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a car.

Car was booked in for rear subframe, common fault on this car, although there is a 20 year Warranty on this, the best they could offer was 50% towards the bill of over 3 and half grand, so bit the bullet and booked it in for today 2nd July, I happened to call up about another query then to be told they dont even have the part in, and they will be on back order, complete waste of time for me and my dad who has drove me back of forth to the garage in Tamworth, very disappointed with the service and left feeling annoyed and wondering why I ever bought a mercedes in the first place, there communication is very poor and the lady on front desk made me feel like a second class citizen, over all gutted, and still have to go back to get the work done at some point.

Jay was amazing - after a bad experience buying my previous car, I was a little nervous. As I wasn't seeing the car until collection, so Jay shared videos/photos and answered endless questions. He collected my Dad from the train station and everything was seamless.

From first walking into BYD from the moment I picked the car up the customer service was flawless. Iftakar was excellent, explained everything so well, answered any questions that I had, even ones I thought was silly. I had been to a few car show rooms before going to BYD and the experience was just not the same, at BYD I felt very welcomed, I can not recommend them enough, it was the welcoming of the staff and Iftakar that made me stay with them.
