The delivery of your item was attempted by Royal mail on 06/11/2025 with a record of No Answer. This was then attempted the next day on 07/11/2025 by Royal Mail again with No Answer. This has then been available for redelivery or collection since 07/11/2025. You have requested a re-delivery on the 13/11/2025 and then subsequently submitted a negative review which we feel is unfair.

Happy with the Order, but Took Longer Than Expected
I placed and paid for a business order with Lubricant Supplies on 19th August and was promptly informed that there would be around a two-week wait for stock to arrive. I appreciated the honesty and understood that these things can happen.
After not hearing anything further, I called in late September for an update and was advised I’d receive a call back. Although I didn’t get that follow-up, my order did arrive on 20th October — around two months after placing it.
While the delay was longer than expected, the products were exactly as described and well-packaged, and communication was polite. It seems there may have been a mix-up in the ordering process, but everything was resolved in the end.
Overall, a good company to deal with — just a little room for improvement in communication and order tracking.

Made an understandable mistake but rectified it without delay.
Ordered three 390g tubes of grease. Two of them turned up very quickly (and well packed). Contacted them about the third. Profuse apologies. It arrived next day. They made a mistake and put it right without delay or question, which I’d say is one mark of a good & trustworthy company. Bravo.
The grease is great, too, and at a very good price.

Failed to inform me that they did not…
Failed to inform me that they did not hold stock so after a week I called them on Friday , and was told the grease would be in on Monday and I would get it on Tuesday so I booked my car into a garage for Wednesday, I then phoned them and was told it had not been sent out,yet, I was then told I would get it on Wednesday at some time!! I ask for it to be sent on a AM delivery as the car was booked into a garage at 2pm, I was told that it would arrive when it arrives!!!. Not a happy customer.

It's good to find a website that sells British made hammers that are made to last.
The sledgehammer that I was looking for was well advertised on Google and the transaction was easy. No problems with the order which was well packaged and arrived in very good time. All in all a very good company to deal with and I would certainly recommend them.
