Was looking for tubs of Shell Retinax A grease & found this is the new name for the same product - but unfortunately supplied in tube form, making it more difficult for my use. However I'm sure I can obtain a suitable receptacle!

Very poor customer service
Order placed on the 1st June (estimated delivery date between the 4th - 7th June).
The date passed without receiving the item or any update, so submitted a cancellation request on the 10th June.
Then on the 13th June, I received an email stating that my cancellation was declined as I should received my order by the 7th!!!
Still not received the item or had any explanation for the delay.

The item delivered was incorrect
The item delivered was incorrect, I contacted you straight away and expressed the urgency of the oil and asked for the quickest delivery, I accepted you couldn't deliver on the Saturday and was told it would arrive on the following Monday.
after many phone calls and emails the oil arrived at lunch time on the Tuesday.
Our new customer had engineers on site waiting for the oil. He has said we were very unprofessional.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused, particularly for making you appear unprofessional to your customer.
For this delivery, we used TNT, and the correct 'oil' was dispatched on Friday 14th March. Unfortunately, TNT held the shipment at their hub and did not deliver it until Tuesday. We have raised a case with TNT to investigate the reason for this delay.
I have reviewed the correspondence between you and our sales team and while we have done our best to keep you informed, we deeply regret the frustration this situation has caused.
We truly appreciate your business and hope this experience does not discourage you from working with us in the future.
