Initial hiccough but since then, much improved service!
Ordered goods online on 22/10/2024. Received invoice on 24/10/2024. It is now 7 working days since I placed my order and I'm still waiting for the goods. I have chased several times. Response to initial chaser email was very good but in spite of chasing further, haven't had an update for 2 days!! Initial response confirmed they would chase TNT (courier). Not heard any more.
Poor service..........
Since the above experience, I emailed with some options - cancel order and refund or replace. Simon emailed me back quickly to apologise for the delay - the person I was originally dealing with was out of the office. Since then, it transpired TNT as the carrier damaged the goods to the point where they were undeliverable. Simon agreed to courier replacements FOC and has used an alternative carrier.
I have since amended my original 1 star rating to 5 as Simon has worked hard to make amends so I am feeling much happier.

The original goods were damaged in transit by TNT, and a case was opened by a team member who is currently on annual leave for half-term.
This issue was only brought to our attention this morning following your follow-up. Simon has now addressed the matter, and a replacement is being sent out tonight. You should receive it tomorrow, and the tracking number has been sent to you.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused by this miscommunication on our part.

Ordering was straight forward and the parts were sent out asap. My only slight criticism would be that the VAT invoice was not sent out after the goods were dispatched and I had to chase it. But as soon as I emailed Lubricant Supplies, the invoice was sent by return email. I would definitely use again!

Avoid at all cost
They send me wrong item after little back and forth they finally agreed that it's a wrong item.
I have sent the the item back we agreed that they will replace it for correct item .I informed them how important was that we get the item as soon as possible as it was holding up one of our jobs. After 30 days I called them to find out was is going on as I haven't heard from them.
I was informed that they refunded me a little while back but just didn't bother contacting me.

All of our product data comes directly from the manufacturers and in this instance, there was an error in the file we received, meaning the incorrect item was published on our site and then sent when fulfilling the order. We have refunded you as the lead time on the correct item was longer than expected.
