Luck & Luck deserve a gold medal for service. I can't thank them or praise them enough. I had bought items from an Ebay seller for a friend who was arranging her husband's funeral. Despite ordering ten days in advance of when the items were required, they had still not turned up. With twelve hours to go, I found the identical items at a cheaper price at Luck & Luck. I rang them at 3pm on a Friday afternoon. They had them in the post - in two parcels to save me postage costs - and they had arrived from Devon with me in North Oxfordshire by 10.30am the following morning - and that was at a weekend. The funeral went without a hitch.

Lucy, at Luck & Luck, could not have been more charming. She was looking after her little toddler daughter at the same time as helping me - a true multi tasker. This family run business deserves to be highly successful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
