Jan 3, 2023 Ordering Online Problem
Each time I tried to place an order with a stored address to be used for my new order, a pop up showed up asking to confirm a Country Change. Both shipping addresses, one to be used for this order and the address for previous order are in USA! If either the confirm or cancel buttons were selected and proceeding to the order was selected, the wrong shipping address appeared for the new order. Redoing and selecting the correct address for this order only produced the incorrect shipping address. After attempting for 30- 40 minutes to make the online order system work, I called Lucky Vitamins and got a GREAT person, Janice?, to help me place my order. Success was then achieved with the great support staff person but not without experiencing a lot of frustration to place a repeat order using the online system with its failures!

I placed an order on Lucky Vitamin in early December 2022. They sent me a tracking link almost immediately after paying, which of course didn’t work in DHL. After reading all the reviews here I didn’t believe the order was actually going to arrive. Lo and behold, 27th Dec it actually arrived, and the product was perfect as described.
Clearly some issues with communication for them to sort out, but I’d purchase again. :)

I am so confused why it keeps on saying that it should be delivered by Jan 2nd, but the tracking still says that it has been in the Richmond center since the 28th. I entered the DHl number, but doesn’t say that the number exists. What should I do? Is it a scam?

Product never got delivered. It seems a SCAM
My order number is LV19783527. My order never got delivered to me. It's been a month now that my order was shipped. I tried contacting customer support and they just give me one reason that i had selected shipping method which doesn't allow tracking of my product. Although it had only one option of shipping method and i selected the same. I feel that my product will never get delivered to me and i lost my money in this SCAM website. I would suggest each and everyone not to use this fake website for ordering atleast for India.

Great prices and stock. Usually things are marked down. Free shipping at $100 (as a Canadian, that's not super common for sites with such broad variety).
