I was long reluctant about iphone cases, but Lucrin changed my mind. Their Iphone wallets are very nice and makes the phone nicer to handle, feels and looks very nice. Like the Mercedes of Iphone Wallets. After a minor issue with my product Lucrin handled it well above my expectations

Incredible products matched by incredible service !
I have always been impressed with the quality of Lucrin products however never ordered from the website before. What a tremendous service from beginning to end. The communication about the order and the speed of arrival of my product was absolutely outstanding. The item itself - the large suede bag - arrived as expected and hoped for. Very pleased and will continue to be a customer in the years ahead.

Classy, well made crossbody bag
A beautifully made bag that suits my purposes perfectly; holds everything without being too large, heavy or cumbersome. I especially like the deep inner pocket that securely holds my iPhone. My only issue is that I would like a shorter woven shoulder strap - I’m petite and the one that came with the bag is a bit too long. The website is difficult to navigate, so I’m not certain that such a thing is even available.

Great service! Phone case is well made. Well worth the money. The best thing I enjoy I can leave the phone in the wallet and still charge overnight. Will be buying another try soon.

5 star from start to finish!
5 star from start to finish with a fantastic product at the end of the journey. I just wish the case was in two pieces so that I could remove the cover on occasion. Otherwise the product is literally perfect!

Great product, terrible packaging
The product is beautiful, luxe, high end, and the ordering process was good, communication was clear on shipping, etc. The packaging, however, was sub-par and disappointing. The two-watch sleeve that I ordered was crammed into a slightly too small box, and the time spent in the box lead to wrinkles and crimps in the otherwise beautiful leather. I had to unbox, stuff the product with fabric to reshape the piece before gifting. Bad experience for a luxury product.
