Okay but will use other services unless none available
This is NOT a review of the last location I have attended, where the person was really helpful and nice! It is a review of Luggage Hero as a company. I have always been happy with the locations available on Luggage Hero and with the service of the people there.
Luggage Hero's prices are really steep and other websites offer better pricing.
What is additionally disappointing is that I had received a "lifetime" voucher code, which could be used on all Luggage Hero locations - well, after a couple of uses it no longer works. If it had been a temporary offer, do not call it "lifetime", and if it is "lifetime", then it should work on all my bookings.

First time user. Easy to book and a very convenient location (near to Porto train station). Shop used was on a main street and easy to find and unload from a taxi. Only criticism is lack of transparency on the charges. Attractive hourly rate but then a service charge and insurance are added at end of transaction. Still a reasonable cost but I would always prefer to know the true price at the start.

Stored my bags at cafe A next to Vienna central station and left it there all day. It was a safe location and area and got my bags back at the end of the day!

I have used LH multople times
I have used LH multople times. I used them this New Year's in Vienna and the business owner was very helpful and made everything easy when we found every locker at Vienna Railway Station was out of order due to a technical issue. I will always use LH from now on.

The store Power Up Deli in Queens had…
The store Power Up Deli in Queens had opening hours of 7am until 11pm and accepted and confirmed a booking. We arrived at 745am with an open sign on the door but the door was locked. A message on the front door had contact numbers which we rang and left a message with no response. Given we had a flight to catch we left and cancelled the booking incurring a $10 fee. I reported this to Luggage Hero and received no response either. Absolutely hopeless experience with zero service

Loved this service! We were between Airbnb’s with lots of luggage to transfer- it was easy. Only step that wasn’t clear in advance is where the luggage storage would be- but I entered the new Airbnb neighborhood and once I entered the luggage it gave me the location. Not as cheap as expected
In Seattle, the store and workers were really great. However, finding the location was tricky since there’s no Luggage Hero signage. I brought it there because I thought it’d be cheaper than storing at the Seattle airport. However the website only mentioned bag and hourly fees. It was surprising to have a separate high insurance fee as well. I double checked the website afterwards to see if I had missed that but nope - it was nowhere to be found. It was still cheaper than the airport but the added burden of bringing the bags all the way to downtown and back was not worth the otherwise saved money.

Biggest mistake ever
Biggest mistake ever! Never leave your luggage here!
We were told by our Airbnb host that we could use this service which allowed free 2 hours storage.
What actually happened was there is no way to know for sure through the website an estimate of how much they would charge and the exact distance of their stores location. They have random stores inside random local stores and you have no guarantee when you book if they will even end up in the location you want.
So we ended up getting booked 17 minutes away from the location we had intended and it was inside of a restaurant or take away! So dodgy! You have no idea if it’s inside a locker just dumped at the back of a store!
Plus without adding any insurance they changed insurance. And other service charges for what?? For storing at the back of a takeaway?? I don’t even know who all rummaged through my bags!!!
And despite being in London the charges are in euro so now there will be extra bank charges!!
Overall out of the 1.5 hours I kept the bags and the half an hour it took me to walk to get it it so basically 1 hour of storage in a back alley I have to pay £18 plus bank conversion charges while I was promised free storage with discount !! And that too in a dodgy takeaway without any locker or storage facility! SCAM of the century!!

This branch is shut!!
Booked for 11/12, got there and the outlet was shut, derelict and has been shut for over month and half. Spoke to manager, he didn't know why it still takes bookings. Got charged for service not provided. After raising the issue, my money returned.

Great place to securely leave your bags and explore Poland. Nice warm friendly atmosphere and they speak great English too! I didn’t realise it’s also a lounge not just a baggage drop of location so you can chill out with snacks and do some online work between train rides.
