Easy experience
The app was easy to use and I was a bit daunted that the drop off point was a massage parlour but the host was extremely friendly and helpful and there was a lot of luggage there so people were using it.
I would not hesitate to use luggagehero again.

Got this message reporting a refusal to take luggage in Barcelona-Condis Equador. Sunday 28th September 2025.
"Thank you for bringing the incident that occurred at our partner location, Condis - Equador, to our attention. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. No charges will be made to your credit card."
Subsequently they did not refund money automatically. Not as communicated. Dispute ran for 6weeks with credit card company.
This company is not to be trusted. No service can still lead to a payment taken and it will not be refunded automatically. You will require a dispute with evidence. This is a a waste of time, better go with stasher or elsewhere.
