First time and it was great!
We had never used a luggage storage service before so we were a bit apprehensive. However, it turned out great! We used a spot in Boston and it was inside of the most beautiful barber shop I've ever seen! The staff was super helpful as I didn't really know what I was doing. They helped us take a picture of our luggage and then took us back to where our luggage would be stored. We came back a couple hours later and everything was just as we had left it. Would definitely use them again!

They took good care of our luggage while we were away. It’s wasn’t in a secure area but it was out of they way and they covered it and someone was watching it the whole time.

This is such a great service! So easy to book online. Many locations to choose from. We arrived on an early flight to tour colleges. It was so helpful to drop off luggage and be free during college tour. Thank you for the great service!

Great! And kind! We used Luggage Hero in Paris, France, when we needed to store luggage near Gare St. Lazarre. The drop off was at a barber shop and was super easy. I know now that this is a great resource for travelers.

Friendly and efficient. Luggage storage is usually a side business and it is here as this is primarily a restaurant, however they didn't treat us that way. They were professional and focused on serving us and I felt very confident leaving my stuff in their care.
