Order the swatch!
The color was not very accurate to the website photographs and I realize I should have ordered the swatch but, I incorrectly thought it would be closer to the images and less orange than how it reads in real life. Also, the furniture smell/fumes were so strong that the varnish smell was burning our eyes and we had to move it outside for 24hrs to get rid of the smell. I would be much more careful about what I order in the future to ensure color matches.

Fantastic Customer Service! As a designer I work frequently with several furnishing companies. I've had some bad experiences, and this was NOT one of them..The representative, Dorema M., from Lulu and Georgia provided constant communication and very helpful in working out a "sample" for a rug that did not have one available. I took a day off of work to receive the shipment and was not notified it was cancelled. I received an email that the delivery was scheduled today from 930-noon and it never arrived so I called and they told me that lulu and Georgia did not ship the entire bed so they can not deliver it today. I burnt a day off for zero communication.
Update: they didn’t show up a second time.
