worst purchasing experience in my life
This has been the worst purchasing experience I have ever had in my life! You all are very quick to take my $1800 but do not provide any updates on when my table will be delivered. At this point you have stole my money! I have emailed, left voicemails, chatted and still no updates. In the shop app it says “waiting for details” and it has been like that since July 7, over two weeks now.
My wife and I were very excited to finally find a table we liked and wanted to purchase. You all ruined that moment for us!
Once my table is delivered, we will never purchase anything from you all again. I will make it my mission to tell everyone I know, not to purchase from you all!
I honestly should get some kind of compensation for this but knowing how you all run your business no one will read this review or try to contact me.
