Missing product of the parcel , long time waiting, not notified
When I was choosing the products , the time of shipment was 3-7 days and is was marked available ! After my payment an email notified me that they aren’t available and they need 18 days ! Finally I received them 1 month later ! And in the parcel there wasn’t the main product that I was waiting for ! And they didn’t even let me know that it was missing ! I had to contact them , to let me know that it was unavailable and I had to wait one more month or give me my money back !

Overall, this was a very disappointing shopping experience from start to finish.
First, products that were actually out of stock were still displayed as available for purchase, allowing customers to place orders that could not be fulfilled. Second, we were only informed two weeks after placing and paying for the order that one of the products was not actually in stock.
The order was shipped much later than the promised delivery date, and both the courier service and the communication with the courier company were extremely poor. The delivery was significantly delayed, and instead of sending the entire order under a single tracking number, it was split into three different shipments with three different tracking numbers, arriving at different times.
To make matters worse, one of the tracking numbers was effectively lost, and the courier company failed to provide accurate information about its status. In the end, we had to go and collect the package ourselves because the delivery process was so poorly handled.
Overall, the lack of inventory accuracy, delayed communication, missed delivery commitments, poor logistics, and inadequate customer service made this a very frustrating experience. I hope the company improves its inventory management, communication, and shipping process so that future customers do not have to go through the same experience.

Paid the full order but only 1 thing came out of 4 - LPBG738250
I ordered 4 expensive items and only one came. The Tom Dixon Soft pendant light was missing only the part that is attached to the ceiling came with nothing else. There were two papers attached to the box one from the main warehouse saying it weighs 10 kilos and the actual one from the courier weighing 4. The lights were supposed to come in two boxes based on their size but only one arrived.
Nobody is responding to my emails and i’m not willing to let go of 1k euro order like that.
