Disappointed by customer service / Return process
I am disappointed with the level of service I have received regarding my recent order, which had a total value of more than €2,000.
While the delivery itself was completed, I was surprised that a single order was split into two separate deliveries several days apart without prior notice. This created unnecessary inconvenience and planning issues on my side.
In addition, one of the items delivered needs to be returned and replaced. I appreciate that your returns department initially responded promptly and provided the necessary return instructions. However, for the past week I have been trying to obtain an update regarding the collection of the incorrect item and the dispatch of the replacement. Unfortunately, my messages sent to your information/customer service email address have gone unanswered.
Given the value of this order, I expected a much higher standard of customer service and communication. It is particularly disappointing that I have been unable to receive even a simple confirmation of when the return will be collected or when I can expect the replacement item to be shipped.

Product came with dirt on fabric. Asked for partial refund since I don't want to wait again 2-3 weeks for delivery and I can use the product but it is not in a condition that I should pay a full price. The response was that we do not do that, proceed to return and you will get a refund.
