Highly recommend
I ordered 7 items (lamps and bulbs for my whole apartment). Full order came on the exact day when promised on the order date, courier called me prior and confirmed the delivery time. Packaging was nicely done, no damages. Highly recommend because on the website item pictures are accurate, item descriptions are fully detailed and prices are great!

Is this a real company or is this a scam?
I placed an order. I only selected items that seemed to be in stock. After the order was placed I received a letter saying that one of the line items was not in stock. I asked to replace with the items that are in stock. I only received a robotic answer that is irrelevant, I cannot cancel the order and place the new one because I am afraid that the money will not be back, I will pay twice and they will come back again with the same story that again some items that seemed to be in stock are no longer in stock. I need the items urgently but the website indicates that they will be shipped in 2 months from the order placement.
Does this company really exist or is it a scam? There is no telephone number, there is no possibility to chat, the queries are answered by robots, they cannot resolve the simple issue as replacing the item that does not exist in stock with the one that exists...
