Good old fashioned customer service
Hugh Rice went out of their way to replace an 18th birthday present that was damaged out of warranty. Huge thanks to all the staff involved. They answered my call and took the time to understand and resolve my problem. Quite hard to find companies that will listen to you these days. I highly recommend Hugh Rice for gifts for any special occasion.
