Have ordered from Luxe a couple of times and never disappointed.
But this time more than delighted and totally over the moon with my new pandora charm.
Not only was it a great bargain BUT super super fast delivery. I live in Northern Ireland and it was standard delivery which was extremely cheap and ordered Tues 9th Jan afternoon and received the next day Wed 10Jan. Over the moon and totally rate 10000% thank u soo much. Totally recommend and can't rate enough..

It was my first order, and I was really happy to sign up for a 10% discount. Unfortunately the ring I ordered never arrived, after a quick call to customer service, a replacement arrived in a couple of days. What could have been a little traumatic in the run up to Christmas, was made stress free by the team at Luxe by Hugh Rice.....and my daughter loves the ring, she had a sneaky try on, before I wrapped it up.

The service given by Luxe by Hugh Rice was impeccable. I ordered a charm for a bracelet, unfortunately the wrong product, totally my fault. I returned it and within 3 days the money was refunded into my account. This service definitely gives me the confidence to shop with them again.

Easy ordering and returns.
Ordering was simple, delivery was quick and not overly costly. The item I received was awful and I had to return it. It was a Nomination charm, which are always lovely, but not on this occasion. Luckily, returning was also simple and I received a refund quickly. I was even refunded the postage cost, which doesn't normally happen, so I don't know if it is their policy or because the item i received was awful.
