We had a factory defect with our comforter. Upon receiving our photos, the company immediately responded to our email, contacted the vendor to send out a new comforter. Our comforter was replaced and received in a timely manner. The replacement comforter is perfect. Fantastic Customer Service along with great vendor response. I will order from this vendor again!!

I never received an order confirmation email, I received no response to 3 emails I sent regarding my order status, and they do not answer their 1-800# (the message tells you to email them then promptly disconnects)..... did I mention that I never received my order? I just opened a dispute with my cc company.

The sheet set I ordered was advertised as 100% Egyptian cotton 600 thread count sheets. As soon as I opened the package and felt the fabric I knew I had been scammed. These are cotton BLEND sheets. I have a Fieldcrest sheet set (no longer available) that I use to compare, along with a cotton blend set, similar to what I just received. Fabric content label is a LIE. But, hey they come from China - nothing much to do about it. Bottom line, this company misrepresents it products. DO NOT BUY!

I've ordered sheets online from other companies before, and have even put them on bed right out of the package, rather than washing them first. That's because they were so clean and crisp and smelled like clean sheets. Never in my life have I gotten new sheets had such a nasty, strong chemical odor as these sheets from "Luxury Egyptian Linens". The website has the OEKO-TEX seal on the home page, and it says that their products are "esteemed the gold standard in premium quality and product safety." This is a lie. There is no OEKO-TEX certified label on these sheets. All linens that are OEKO-TEX certified have the label. These DO NOT.

Also, the Queen flat sheets are advertised to be 92" in width. They are not. They are 86" in width.

The first thing I did after removing them from the package was to stick them in the washer. (and yes, I followed instructions using cold water, gentle cycle, and tumble dry low). The fact that these smelled so horrid makes me question what chemicals were used in manufacturing. Even though washing them removed the smell, you know that just removing the smell doesn't mean the chemical residue isn't still in the sheets. The pillow cases are smaller than I've ever had in any queen-sized sheet set I own. My pillows fit in them only by stuffing and stuffing them into the cases. I think this company can offer competitive prices on what they advertise as 100% Egyptian Cotton sheets, and what they advertise for the thread count. But I'm afraid that I have made a mistake purchasing from them. What looks like a good deal may really be a bad deal in the long run - especially if it affects your health. Who knows where these sheets come from and what chemicals are making them stink so bad. I wonder what government agency might be interested in investigating the false claims - maybe the FTC? Also, be aware that the actual company is Yam Web Sales. The website is Luxury Egyptian Linens. From what I could find online, Yam Web Sales has been in business since 2011, though the website says since 2006. Hopefully others who read this review will stop and think about it before taking a risk ordering from such a shady company. I would want to return this order, but from what I've read of other reviews, I would have to pay for shipping and likely wouldn't get a refund since I washed these sheets.

Also they claim 60 day free trial customer satisfaction. But when you communicate with customer service the first thing they asked (can you confirm if the set is brand new and in original sealed packaging? I am trying to understand the condition of the sets. 60 DAY FREE TRIAL TO ENSURE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ?

They refuse to send labels to people and expect them to initiate and pay for the return when they are not satisfied. Avoid this company at all costs and use Amazon - at least you don’t have to pay to send it back.

The size of our comforter was not large enough, and they sent a king when I ordered a California King. And it was so LOUD. Just attempting to put it on the bed made us realize how low quality it actually was. Now I have to pay $35 to send it back to them? Such a hassle and of course they don’t put that on their website, just the BS “satisfaction guaranteed”! Welp, not satisfied. Avoid this company at all costs and use Amazon - at least you don’t have to pay to send it back.

I bought a Comforter, 1200 thread count, 750 fill power, Siberian Goose Down. This thing is FABULOUS! It is large and fluffy and as soft as velvet. It's the nicest Comforter I have ever slept under. It's even better than the nicest hotel! It was great right out of the bag, but for the next 3 days if kept fluffing up! I love this thing. It took only 3 days to receive it, and the price was unbeatable.

If I could give no stars I would! After one wash the sheets faded, the thread begin to unravel and balls are forming on the flat surface! $400 down the drain! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Purchasing anything online from an unfamiliar site is always risky but I’ve fallen in love with the sheets from LEL. Amazing sheets at unbelievable prices which in other stores would cost double and be of less quality. It’s near impossible finding 100% cotton, high thread count sheets for these prices and shipping is free and lightning fast. I usually get my orders within 2-3 days tops. I’m on my second set and plan to purchase more! Oh, and they hold up after several washings with no pilling or loss of sheen and softness.

Long story short: Wife asked me to order sheets. I ordered the wrong color. Mark in Customer Service could not have been nicer! Turned around the return and got the new sheets in 3 days!! Wife happy, husband granted reprieve :)

I typically only write reviews on companies if I received extraordinary service or extremely poor service.As you can see from my previous reviews I've gotten a lot of bad service. I think it's important to call companies out when they do wrong but equally important to give them praise when they do the right things.

I purchased a Queen size set of 1500 thread count Egyptian cotton . Product was as described . Extremely softe and very very comfortable Period
The extraordinary service I received was not the product that I received but the customer service after the fact. After about 4 months I notice that the seams on the fitted sheet were starting to separate. These are expensive sheets and I only use them on special occasion,( Yes, THOSE occasions )so I was a bit dismayed. I Have only watched them a few times and always on a delicate cycle.
I sent an email to the company, and after speaking with Mark, He assured me he would get to the bottom of it and come up with a solution. It took several emails, but the solution they came up with was To send. me a new fitted sheet.
So often it seems that companies will do anything to increase their bottom line and as a result a customer suffers In this instance the company And Mark went above and beyond to rectify the problem. As I am typing this,I Have a brand new Queen fitted sheet on the way.
Kudos to Egyptian luxury linens and mark for exceptional customer service. I will be shopping with you again.
