Excellent sheets and superb customer service! I am a very satisfied customer.

Sheets are very soft and washed well. Colors are real nice, and like the deep pocket fit. Mark at customer service is on top of his game.

Update: After disputing LEL charge for so-called luxury bamboo sheets, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. After much work and worry, I was just notified that I am receiving a full credit from my credit card company. This credit is permanent. Today I got to throw those awful sheets in the trash and push the trash bin out to the curb. But what a struggle with LEL who suggested I dry the sheets on a clothesline. Is it still 1959 in Egypt?

Ordered set of twin XL sheets. Flat sheet had a hole in it and was only 96" long vs advertised of 102" long. Had to pay return postage which was about half of the cost of the sheets. Will not buy from them again.
Update 05/24/2024: Change to three stars after receiving a contact from the company saying they charged me in error and should have paid the return postage. I would consider buying from them again now.

After unpacking my order, I found one item missing. I contacted Customer Service Dept. With great apology, they promised to send out the missing pillowcase. Sure enough, I received it in a very short time, even with Priority mail. I was truly impressed. In addition, the bedsheets are of excellent quality. Company has my high regards.

Originally received a damaged product but the company promptly sent me a new one. The quality of the comforter is excellent!

Ordered king size 1500 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets. What they sent was 200 count at best labeled as 1500 thread count. Also sent a twin set instead of a king. Just another web company misrepresenting product. Don't be fooled by their website.

Terrible quality. Bought 1500 thread count sheets that look like 100 thread count. I wish I had read reviews here first.
Product was shipped with no packing slip nor information where I could return. Truly the worst.

I ordered a set of luxury sheets for my mother in law. Unfortunately she changed her mind. I attempted to withdraw the order but they had already been shipped. I contacted the company and Mark worked very closely with me on what to do when the sheets were delivered. He stayed in touch with me until the process was completed, delivering a full refund. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the sheets and I wouldn’t hesitate to order again. I appreciate their professionalism!

The down comforter I bought smells so bad. I am wheezing and a headache. No way this is oeko-tex certified.

Quick and easy returns and customer communication

I found the customer service surprisingly good. I had a minor issue, but the owner/vendor offered that I could send it back for a refund or a percentage off to keep. I opted for the latter and he did exactly as he stated he would and the credit to my card was very timely. I have bought 2 comforters so far and we are very happy with ours, so we gifted a family member with one as well. My experience overall was very positive.

Our order was lost in the mail. Luxury responded to my request to track it down immediately. They were courteous and fast. They ended up sending another set of sheets to replace the lost set. I greatly appreciate this responsible action. Thanks.

I am super picky when it comes to bedding, sheets, etc., and will purchase only the very best. My husband picked out the black egyptian 1200 thread count for my Cali King bed. This is and amazingly Soft, Cushie, Fluffy Comforter. It feels so good to wrap my body up in it after a good shower. I love sticking my leg out and laying it on top and just rubbing my leg across the extremely soft egyptian fabric
