This company advertises luxury high thread count sheets and I can get better quality from Walmart. I ordered 1500 TC Egyptian cotton sheets that are NOT 1500 TC. The sheets are super thin and cheaply made. The reviews on their site are fake. No one is able to even leave a review. The return policy is bs. How can you have a 60 day money back guarantee and return the sheets in brand new condition? Stay away from this site!

I placed an order for a 120 x120 down comforter 2 medium firmness down pillows, 2 soft firmness down pillows and a sheet set. What I received was a king down comforter that was 98x120, 2 extra firm down pillows (confirmed by the fill power on the tag of 50) , 2 firm alternative down pillows and a sheet set. I immediately re-reviewed my order and checked their site to ensure I did not make an error, which I did not. I reached out to the company, sent pictures of all items and requested they correct the error in the order and received this response;

Please accept my apology if you received down alternative pillows instead of down pillows. I can certainly exchange them for you. 

The pillows shipped to you are medium firm pillows only.  We work with vendors and they are currently only in stock in the medium firm pillows.  If they are too firm for you, you can certainly return.  However, I suggest you air fluff the comforter once in your dryer so they get the loft and get softer.

The largest size in pinch pleat style comforter is 120 x 98 inches. This is the largest size being manufactured.  The 120 x 120 in only available in white solid pattern comforters.  The 120 x 98 is a very large comforters and fits all large size beds comfortably.  The 120 x 120 is a very odd extremely large size.  Can you please check what size bed you have and if 120 x 98 is sufficient?  Please note that the width is 120 inches, it is just that the length of the bed is 98 which is a standard size bed size. 120 inches length is extremely large.

I responded back letting them know I would like what I ordered and if they they do not carry specific products I would like a refund. I also re-reviewed their site and noticed they changed it after my initial email, but I took screenshots!
The company then responded the following;

Hi Sarah, Good morning.
We are small business sellers and work with vendors to process all order.  I an sorry for the confusion. 

If you want 120 x 120 inches, this comes only in white color in solid pattern.  All other styles and colors largest size is 120 x 98 inches.  

The pillows shipped to you are the only down pillows our vendor has. They stated they are not firm.  Can you please share me pictures of the pillows and pillow packaging?

If you do not want to keep the comforter and the pillows, I can email you a prepaid return label so you can return for a full refund.

I still have not received the correct products, shipping return label or a refund. This company is fraudulent, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I recently ordered two sets of luxury Egyptian sheets. The order arrived on time, but there was an error. Instead of 2 sheet sets, I received one sheet set and one pkg of pillowcases. I immediately sent a message to their Customer service. Their Specialist, Mark, responded the next day and was apologetic and very helpful in correcting the problem. I only had to send him a photo of the incorrect delivery. I was skeptical, but my second set of sheets arrived within a few days. I love the sheets, especially that they don't wrinkle when washed. Thank you, Mark! I appreciate how quickly you solved the problem. I am now a happy customer!

Luxury Egyptian linens was a great discovery. I got the 1200 count set and they are luxurious.

I bought was to be percale sheets, they are not. Trying to send them back. On their website says if not happy they will pay to return. Now they say they will have to get the vendor to send me a shipping label. It exhausting emails back and forth and back and forth. Too much time to try to get resolved. Stay away from this company!!!!

I purchased a set of Luxury Egyptian bed sheets for $124.95, and I need a refund for these sheets: I am unable to use these sheets. I do not know what kind of toxic chemicals they have, but my body cannot tolerate them. They have a very peculiar smell and when my body comes into contact with them, I get a rash, headache, and dizziness. I have washed them three times, with each washing cycle lasting 1.5 hours, but my body's reaction is still the same.

I did some research and found out something related to nanotechnology. I don't know what that means, but the bottom line is I cannot use these sheets.

And another thing is they feel like sandpaper so much for the 100% cotton luxury sheets.

I ordered a “luxury down comforter “ and what I got was nothing like what was described or pictured. The quality is as poor as it gets. Steer clear of this company.

I am so impressed with this company! I had mistakenly ordered a twin set of sheets instead of a queen set. I contacted their customer service, and Mark found out that the order had not been shipped yet, and that they would change the order before shipping.

After less thn one year im very dissatisfied with the quality of my blanket. Its very itchy when you sleep. It faded after two washes even when following the directives of the company.
