Second time of buying from luxury nook ... Quality product quality service ... Delivery ontime ... Price perfect ... Would have no problem ordering again and again ...

Prioir to ordering the suite I had used the online advisor to answer a couple of queries that I had, the service was excellent and my queries were answered very quickly.

I ordered our new bathroom suite on Sunday evening and it was delivered on the following Friday morning, you couldn't ask for better.

Ordered complete new bathroom suite and fittings. Quality very good. Delivery was a disaster however.
First delivery missing 3 items and one wrong part supplied.
It took a further three weeks to finallly get everything. Numerous days were taken off work for deliveries promised 'tomorrow'. One delivery was made to address in next road (they did get the number right though). Fortunately the person there recognised our name and carried it round. The most frustrating part was being told it would be delivered the next day by someone who clearly had no idea where the item was. As for the web site order tracking, it is still showing 'processing'. Wouldn't place an order again

Ordered on Monday last week with the free delivery option. Logged in Tuesday and Wednesday to see how order was going and it said processing. Then Wednesday afternoon had a phone call from courier sevice to say it was being deliveried next day Thursday. 2 pm Thursday as promised it was all deliveried, in good condistion. Brilliant can't beat that for sevice. Shame 4 days later my order status still says PROCESSING LOL.

Exactly what i was looking for, great quality and the price was amazing to compared to other retailers, i'm a very happy customer and will use Luxury Nook again...thanks!

Item despatched very quickly. Contacted within two working days of purchase. Couldn't get delivery time arranged as no holidays due, but arranged depot pick up. Extremely helpful at depot.

You always order online wondering just what you're going to get delivered through the door. We've had our share of seconds that were supposed to be new but these people deliver exactly what they advertise. We ordered outside of Ebay and if I had one criticism it would be that I'd have liked more feedback about when the goods were despatched etc. Apart from that...Excellent.

Luxurynook are very professional and it's nice to have a website where you can phone somebody with a query.

I ordered the white gloss furniture, toilet, sink, shower and bath and all were excellent quality. I was particularly pleased with the furniture.

The items were delivered within 9 days of placing the order.

I ordered an 850mm vanity, well delivered, good quality. One minor thing, one of the gel shock absorbing pads on the underside of the sink was missing

Having ordered shower bath suite and taps, I was called to be given, date and window of time for delivery. On the day, was casually, told that, window of time may be exceeded. Very worrying, as I was due to go off to work that afternoon. The matter was rectified after a few panicky telephone calls, made by myself. Not a good feeling! My plumber fitted and tested bath. Happily, I used same but found I couldn't empty it, as pop-up waste mechanism was faulty. Had to physically empty bath water. Following morning, purchased another waste, costing £28.00. The original had to be removed by my plumber, who was back on site. No chance of waiting 24 hrs to get a replacement from L.Nook. The plumber also found a couple of nuts, which secure cistern to pan, missing. This also proved bothersome, having to find replacements.

While I have read some good experiences about Luxury Nook, my experience has not been so great.
While I placed my order, after 7 days I chased them up only to be told the item I had ordered was not available and they were waiting for me to change my order. No contact at all from Luxury Nook.
The change to my order meant I had a slight gap in the run.
When I went back to Luxury Nook, they stated that they have no parts or worktops that match and advised me to go to B&Q and find a match.
Considering the cistern top was beveled differently that the cabinet top, this is a requirement.
Now I have to search for a 15mm thick white gloss top but also allow access to the cistern.
Be very careful and ensure they have exactly what you need to make a professional job.

We had a great service from Luxury Nook, great delivery schedule, keeping us informed by email. The price we paid for our shower was great value for money and it looks stunning.
