I bought a sink and toilet vanity pack, the toilet system plastic tank was cracked on unpacking, I rang rite away, they said it had been dispatched took over one week for this to come, the fixing bracket kit for the toilet was not incuded and cost me a further £10+, on close inspection after installation i found the sink vanity cupboard and the toilet cupboard to be two diffrent shades of white, no point contacting them to complain as it states all complaints must be made within 24hr
as a plumbing and heating engineer i will not buy or recomend Luxury Nook to any one

I phoned before I ordered to check a couple of things and the customer service advised was very helpful, friendly and up beat The units arrived well packed and on schedule, we had a bit of a hicup though with the delivery, the courier forgot to call - thankfully I was home. When I contacted Luxury Nook about this they were most apologetic and spoke to the courier company.
The vanity basin & WC in the gloss white units look great - they really do add a touch of luxury to the bathroom.
Overall a simle and smooth buying experience and exceptional value for money - Thank you Luxury Nook. I would have no hesitation to recommend you to friends.

no problems with the stock that has arrived but they need a better delivery firm. Just dropped the stuff off on a pallet at the door so got to unload it all myself and he refused to take the pallet back. I ordered a vanity unit set NOT a pallet as well so now stuck with that in the kids garden.

fauiled delivery on arranged day, rearranged and in convenient cost. Delivery was short of agreed items. Purchases did not have connectors for either Basin to wall, Toilet to floor, waste missing from bath unit, no connections either on Shower valve to connect tom pipes.

Overall feel let down as none of this highlighted was under impression this was a full suite with all connections, as these were missing this had delayed plumber in connecting these as had to source another time. Still awaiting job being completed due to these missing items

Ordered vanity suite on Friday at 12.30 and it arrived on the following Thursday. Quality of goods is exceptional - in the past we have bought similar from a local bathroom centre and were obviously ripped off by them. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again.

Products were of High Standard and just what I ordered and well packed.

Still not received order, states on website that delivery in 3-5 working days, doesn't arrive, when speak to somebody, they say it is 10 working days. Quick enough to take your money, don't hurry to give you anything back but greif!

I placed an order for bathroom furniture in good faith, and after taking my money they despatched the wrongly matching goods. There was a known manufacturing problem with colour matching but the items were still despatched from their warehouse, after contacting them several times I was advised that the replacement would take 6-8 weeks! As this wasn't satisfactory the wrong goods were collected within 2 days but 2 weeks later I still do not have a refund. After phoning and numerous emails I have still not received a satisfactory response and still waiting for a refund.......
