Simple, fast, as described and good value

Website easy to use; lightbulbs arrived super-fast, well-packed and as described; very good value. The standard next-day delivery was reasonably priced. Would happily use again based on this experience.

I still await my light bulbs

I still await my light bulbs. They were supposed to arrive yesterday. I thought perhaps it was a scam. I was I touch with my bank. To ask the question. I was concerned as I was scammed just before Christmas.
If my bulbs arrive on Monday. I will be happy to write another review

Replacement gu10 7w bulbs.

The 7w gu10 Led bulbs I ordered were delivered promptly and were competitively priced but I was disappointed that although I ordered cool white, they are more like warm white compared to the bulbs I was replacing.

Excellent Service

An LED batten had failed well within the 5 year warranty (flashing first and finally failing). I received a phone call - which is always nice - and a replacement arrived the next day.

I am disappointed that I had to pay…

I am disappointed that I had to pay £12.50 for the return which means I have practically paid for the item. I think they are con artists because I've never heard of a company giving you 24hrs to test a product? I ordered better lights from Amazon. I do not recommend Lyco.

First class service

Very straightforward website to use and the service was fantastic. I placed an order at around 4 p.m. and delivery was the following morning. Very impressed with the quality of my purchases and at a competitive price.

This is a great company

This is a great company. I’ve just bought 50metres of LED neon strip lighting . Ssles and technical departments were very helpful. Called back exactly when they said they would. My order was delivered the very next day. Great product, good price, great service.
