Delivered really quickly no issues don’t like leave sub standard review as I’m guessing it not their fault, but light fitting was smashed I still await a reply / replacement as apparently it take up to two days for a reply which I think could be better as I’m desperate to get my job finished. Looking forward to the issue being rectified

I haven't received them yet, i was told they would be here yesterday and I've heard nothing from the carriers.

Good product and fast delivery but couldn't find suitable transformer

Soon after sending an email just to check if the company had an update with my order a delightful young lady called me to give me an update. She explained that there was a delay on the bulbs but rather than keep me waiting they would post the light to me that day. Two days later I received the light and the following day I received the bulbs. The lady that I dealt with could not be any more helpful or personable. From placing my order to receiving my light was 10 days. Thank you for your wonderful service. I would highly recommend.

Great electronics...but last time I did buy a bulb which was dimming, this did not work right, the other 2 did work fine however...but very high delivery costs unfortunately, but great service

I ordered a picture light and it broke when I attached it to the wall but I only used the adhesive and should have used the screws to attach it as well. Lyco replaced the light as a gesture of good will. Great customer service.

Unfortunately, despite receiving my order in good time, one of the bulbs only lasted a couple of days before it started to flicker, and then within 24hrs, stopped working altogether.
I contacted Lyco, and was initially told that they would send a replacement. But this never happened, and further contact has not been responded to.
This initially happened 5 months ago, and still no solution.

Just fitted this light fitting in an existing 90mm hole in my bathroom ceiling and it compliments my new bathroom I would recommend this company to anyone many thanks Lyco group

The 12v under cupboard lights arrived very promptly and appear to do the job well. They are much smaller than I expected caused by the first picture against the item on the website that I think relates to a different product. Nevertheless they do the job.

Usual prompt delivery and competitive price. Items as described. Up and running with only minor adjustment to cable entry to facilitate existing central location of cables. Shame the manufacturers don't facilitate this as usually existing fluorescent fittings that are being replaced have been installed with central cable entry
