Claim against Mr Md-m Rahman
Over the course of the claim (3 years), I have always managed to speak to LD solicitors promptly when required. Initially I dealt with James Chapman, and in the past year the case was passed to Andy Vraitch. Andy was most helpful and managed to provide me with the necessary information and advice to enable myself and my wife to attend Court and ultimately be successful in presenting our case.

I have rated the legal services I received from Lyons Davidson, Bristol highly because despite a lengthly period of time elapsing whilst my case was processed I felt reassured that my solicitor always had my best interests at heart. He was hardworking and in regular contact with me whilst he dealt with all of the complexities involved. I was in desperate need of a solicitor within days as summoned to court for a driving offence I didn’t commit.

Myself and members of my family RTC 2023
Myself and members of my family were involved in a None fault serious RTC in November 2023 in which a uninsured youth (now in prison)decided to come our side of the road at speed through traffic lights on red and collided with us. leaving all of my family members with injuries.
My daughter came off the worse with a broken neck and paralysis in hands and legs.

Nelay represented us in a civil claim…
Nelay represented us in a civil claim against a car salesman. He was professional, courteous and patient.
Nelay helped in mediating a settlement between us and the salesman recovering a significant portion of our money, which otherwise would have involved a lengthy and costly court process. Something we were trying to avoid.

Civil dispute managed by Lyons Davidson (LD)
Jonathan at Lyons Davidson (LD) gave us tremendous support throughout a difficult time. He was always available within LD's response times always giving us clear advice.
Our claim took over 3 years to reach a successful conclusion at mediation where Jonathan was very supportive.
The time to reach a conclusion is no reflection on LD but rather an indication of the pace the law works at.
