I would like to sincerely thank the Lyons Davidson team, specifically Sajida Abaidin. Since she took up my case, everything has been fast-tracked and handled very professionally. She has got the outcome that I was hoping for and I am very happy and grateful to have had her service, which I highly recommend to others.

I have rated the legal services I received from Lyons Davidson, Bristol highly because despite a lengthly period of time elapsing whilst my case was processed I felt reassured that my solicitor always had my best interests at heart. He was hardworking and in regular contact with me whilst he dealt with all of the complexities involved. I was listened to, given advice, he liaised with third parties and I never felt I was being a nuisance. All of which was important to me during a difficult time.

My dealing with Lyon’s Davidson concerned a personal injury claim which by its very nature to over three years to settle. During this time we were in regular contact with 3 of their staff increasing in seniority as time passed. We were particularly pleased with Charlie F who was extremely helpful in handling early contact. Thank you, Charlie. Our final contact Dan F was great. So helpful, understanding and reassuring. Having had a road traffic accident, my insurance company put me in touch with Lyons Davidson and Andy Vraitch was appointed to my case. Andy exceeded all expectations, the case was tiresome and frustrating as the other side were slow to respond with endless delays, but Andy always kept me well informed regularly as to how the case was developing and replied quickly to my frequent emails. Finally, the case has concluded and Andy managed to get it all sorted for me with a successful result. I cannot recommend Andy Vraitch enough, it’s been an absolute pleasure, and I would highly recommend him. Many thanks Andy for doing an excellent job and all the best for the future.

I previously had a successful claim with Lyon’s Davidson and through this whole process the communication was below par. Since then my partner who was a passenger in the car crash was trying to make a claim. They were numerous errors with his account, not allowing him to complete a claim form so we took this elsewhere as Lyon’s Davidson were useless in resolving this. I have since requested relevant information from my claim to allow me to obtain all relevant evidence etc and contacted Lyon’s Davison over a month ago for this. I was told this was passed over to the management team and I would hear back in 5 days. I am still waiting for this information and have had no communication from Lyon’s Davidson at all. It is completely unacceptable.

Abbie Ford has been not just great throughout my claim but went over and beyond to get my claim settled with Westmorland & Furness Council, who have been deliberately awkward.

Abbie has kept in touch throughout the claim, has chased the other sides solicitors.
she has been so pleasant throughout the process.

My case was handled by Paddy Trouton and I cannot speak highly enough of her. I was fully informed during each step in the process which was much appreciated, as I had not been in the position I was in before. Paddy was professional, understanding, supportive and put me at ease during times of stress and overwhelm.

Myself and members of my family were involved in a None fault serious RTC in November 2023 in which a uninsured youth (now in prison)decided to come our side of the road at speed through traffic lights on red and collided with us. leaving all of my family members with injuries.
My daughter came off the worse with a broken neck and paralysis in hands and legs.
