To be honest my first order took a while to acutally get to me but the quality of the patches where great and after I had to reorder one patch bc I accidentally chose the wrong dimensions they quickly processed my oder and sended it to me as soon as possible and I'm really thankful for that!
I placed an order with M1tactic in July, it arrived in September & I was really impressed with there patches & placed another order at the end of September, I hadn't received anything by the start of November & was told they would send me replacements, I sent many emails with no reply, I formally asked for a refund today & finally got a reply saying there is a problem sending from Spain to the UK & said they will issue a refund through PayPal, so I now have to wait to see if I actually get a refund, I have emailed PayPal about thr issue & requested a refund through them, so it's still a waiting game to see f it gets to me
I don't got any update or track&trace code after I order and payment. It's been 6 days after ordering. I contact them on their website but they don't respond. They cut all contact. Im trying to get my money back trough paypal customer service.
Saw this company while looking for patches. Being a European based company my order would have worked out cheaper. Got in touch and put in an order with them which they said would take approximately 15 working days. As soon as payment was made they cut contact. I left it sit for over a month after contacting them via their contact form, email and Instagram. All of which I got no reply. I resorted to going through PayPal to get my money back. They replied to the PayPal dispute saying they were "too busy". They eventually refunded my money through PayPal.
