Terrible, unresponsive customer service
Terrible customer service. After they made a mistake in January, they apologized and gave me 2 licenses for my macs until Dec 2026. I was never able to install the programs. I tried to get help from customer service since April 25/2025 - so far only 2 mails "received" and a standard instruction on how to install...

Yes, there are always problems of various kinds, since operating systems, models, versions, users - all are different and not always compatible. Impossible to cancel subscription. they failed to when I emailed. Difficult to cancel even through browser app.

Stay away and report to your bank. These people are thieves. There seems no way to cancel subscription on their site. I have reported them to ALL my banking solutions to try to prevent them from debiting more money.

Competitive staff
I used to encounter issues with the app every year, without fail (hehe), but these people have always been calm and taking the problems slowly but seriously. They always have a lot of options. I know that at the end of the day, these people are the real helpful ones, especially for someone like me who's not a techie. I have never seen an easy-to-manage app like this, so even if I have encountered issues with the app yearly, I always have no choice but to renew my plan.
May delete your saved passwords?!?
Felt the need to write this warning to anyone thinking of using this software. For some inexplicable reason, after running all the scans and clean ups, it has deleted my saved passwords in Firefox. Not the history, not the cache, nope, just the passwords.
At no point did it state this is what it was going to do. I have lost hours trying to fix this, and possibly lost a hotmail account permanently. I know, I should have better password records, but at no point did I think this was something the software was going to do.

Very very poor customer service
I contacted them for a mistake in payment and they stated that they have processed it and a refund has been made. But I have been waiting for weeks and nothing has happened. I tried to email them again but they kept asking me to wait, and now they do not even reply to my email any longer.

Good software, good helpdesk
The software is convenient. I had a problem with the account, it was solved quickly and friendly.
Good product but very poor customer service
Naturally I understand that MacPaw could be experiencing difficulties given that they are Ukraine-based so I have been very patient but their customer services don't seem able to sort out a simple billing mistake they made back in October 2024 and compounded by double charging me for my subscription in January this year. I have used every one of their communication options and had the odd holding response, but in between there have just been long periods of nothing and the problem is a far from solved as it ever was.

A nightmare no customer support.It doesent work.
I have been waiting for a call back for months. It doesn't work..... used to be great and my subscription auto renewed at the end of last year. I cant speak to anyone and no response to any e mails.

Really bad customer service
Really bad customer service. After I emailed them about an incorrect payment, they asked if I wanted to speak with a technician—which I did—but I never received any response, even though I’ve sent at least four emails since then. It’s now been two months and the issue is still unresolved.
