MadeinChina definitely became a safe harbor for scammers. I submitted a complaint and received a number in my email that says "access and edit" your complaint. Guess what? I can't edit it. The app is a fiasco. The whole platform is a fiasco and the scammers know about that. China evolved super quickly and the scammers as well. But this app haven't evolved at all. Everything is archaic and rudimental and all the people who are expelled or banned from serious platforms are all operating in MadeinChina. I also thought I had an unlucky experience and keep trying and the bad experiences just increased till now, of course, be finally scammed. Don't do what I did. This platform is really bad and you can lose a lot of money. There is no security. There is a scheme that always benefits the scammer. Don't you believe? Then try yourself.

I’m really impressed with the Made in China app. The platform is easy to use and it makes finding reliable suppliers much simpler than I expected. The product listings are detailed and the communication tools are very helpful when discussing orders or specifications.

What I appreciate the most is the buyer support. Whenever I had a question, the support team responded quickly and helped me resolve issues in a very professional way. It gave me a lot of confidence when placing orders.

Overall, it’s a great app for sourcing products. I’m very happy with the service and especially with the attention they give to buyers. Highly recommended!

Made in China is fantastic for connecting our brand to manufacturers and makes the whole experience extremely easy to navigate.

Shipping costs could be revised though as sometimes the shipping is more expensive than the products themselves

Ask the supplier to refund me my money since from made in China investigation that supplier admitted I said I do not want solar panel but only inverter but accepted payment of the inverter and won't keep to the end of the bargain by giving me the product I paid for. In that case refund my full payment of $1160 that I paid into his account except this whole fraud thing made in China is in on it. There is no trader protection from this platform fraudulent suppliers can just steal from buyers if they choose to and find you a easy target. like I said if you are doing business on here do it at your own risk very bad company. They do not take fraudulent activity seriously they let fraudulent suppliers steal from buyers even after ample of evidence. keep your apologies I'm tired of going back and forth. All I am asking is hold hat supplier accountable and ask him to return the full amount since he never planned on sticking to side of the bargain. I did not sign any contract saying he can keep my money if I change my mind about product I do not want after supplier want to coerce me into signing for 36 solar panels I don't need which I didn't sign. There is no law saying if you change your mind on a product seller can keep your money

We purchased some medical equipment in mid to late 2025 from Rocmed, on the Made in China platform.
The experience started off well, initially they were very helpful and seemed to meet what we were looking for, so we placed an order with them.
There were a few communication hiccups and the cheap freight charges that we thought we were getting from China to us, ended up being close to the same value as the equipment being purchased, from extremely inflated on costs upon arrival, lesson learnt with that one.
However, the biggest disappointments were yet to come. The quality of the equipment that eventually arrived was, for medical equipment, well below the average quality we envisaged, bordering on extremely poor.
As our intention with the equipment purchase was to create an affordable range of products for our local marketplace, we set about testing the equipment to find that supplied batteries didn't work and wouldn't charge. When we finally got the unit working with some other batteries, the equipment failed whilst lifting loads during testing, failing at only half of units touted capacity.
The failure was a catastrophic one, not only did welds break, but the stainless-steel material ripped apart from being too thin for the load to handle.
Rocmed, when advised of the failure immediately took the posture that the failure was somehow our fault, despite us being a manufacturer of similar high end equipment and sending photo's to them with a detailed account of the issues. With all confidence we had now gone after the failure of the product, we asked for a refund from Rocmed. Despite several emails and WhatsApp messages sent, there have been no further replies from them, let alone any signs of receiving a refund. As a result, I would never deal with Rocmed again and I would also be quite hesitant in using the Made in China platform for any further sourcing. Clearly the solution when things go wrong, is just to ignore the problem and it will go away.
