I got the variety sample box of frozen meals - it was a really good sample of various types of meals. Out of the 15 items -soups, breakfasts, dinners - I think I would order most again. Ease of prep is about the best of any other meal services I’ve used, and they were comparatively much healthier.

Just way too pricey
Just way too pricey! Soups are delicious, comes well refrigerated, great customer service. But almost $9 for a little portion soup is definitely expensive. My mom has diabetes and until I find something better priced I will keep buying from them though!

The delivery went well
The delivery went well. One of the dinner's container was cracked open on the bottom. The website was a little confusing. After placing my order, it said the items were free, and I could not check out. So, I placed the order over the phone.

This is my first order
This is my first order. FedEx kept me appraised as to when I might expect the package to arrive...even updating the time on the day of arrival. The package arrived in good condition, and everything was absolutely frozen solid. The instructions told me how to properly dispose of the dry ice. Now I just have to work the food into my meal rotation.

I have had a problem with the trays
I have had a problem with the trays. Some of the trays are slit along the seams. If the items are removed from the trays, they can be heated on a plate. When I called to let the person in charge know, she was almost rude and made me feel like I wanted something, I only wanted the problem addressed.
