Genuine, trustworthy seller.
Products are exactly as advertised.
Expect a much longer shipping time than usual due to international shipment and customs clearances, but this is of no fault of the seller.
Perhaps an option to upgrade to express shipping would be good.

Amazing necklace! Looks prettier when you wear it than the photo!

I choose the aurora borealis necklace as a gift for my sisters and mother after my dad passed away, and there arrived on my mom's birthday, it was beautiful!! If i could be honest, it was really weird for me to buy something and couldn't do an easy track for it, but my necklaces arrived so well, very carefully wrapped after six months: my advice is don't get desperate, they will be with you!! I bought the aurora borealis necklace as a gift to myself this coming July. I'm from the Philippines so I was a bit worried that it would take a long time to arrive given that it's also pandemic but it took only less than 3 weeks! Also, Magick has been very accommodating and responsive in my inquiries. The necklace I ordered is perfect and sooo pretty! Surely made me happy! I'll be wearing this on my birthday definitely. Throughout the whole process from ordering to receiving the products, their customer support team has always been so responsive on all platforms. Received the products at my doorstep just within 12 days of ordering. Living in Bangladesh, honestly didn't expect such fast delivery, let alone the fact that there is a pandemic going on all over the world.

I ordered my items over 5 weeks ago. I got the email with the order number an ld have heard or recieved nothin since. I've messaged them and emailed them anxld still nothing. Save your money

The order came as expected within the expected arrival date. The ring and arm bracelet is really beautiful, came with a nice beautiful and modern box, my girlfriend and I loved it so much we will certainly buy more from magick! Both the earrings I bought and the free bracelet they gave me look great.

It took very long to receive due to pandemic... After I ordered they started the free bracelet that made me very unhappy but I guess it was bad luck .... My wife is very happy with the product that's all that counts
