I ordered my lashes APRIL and just now received in JULY. Customer Service is a joke, after so many orders weren't getting filled and customers started to investigate the company quickly started doing damage control like the alert states on this site "this company has been reporting reviews in a biased way, for example by systematically reporting all or most negative reviews and/or repeatedly reporting reviews that don’t contravene our User Guidelines. This type of reporting behavior breaches Trustpilot’s Company Guidelines." After receiving emails and seeing posts about product stuck in customs (Paris France) I finally got a fake tracking number stating my item was in Chicago dated a couple days after my order was placed. Once I received my package the return address states a date of July 3, 2020 with a return address of KIM 188 S. Mountain House Pkwy Tracy California 95377 - Amazon fulfillment center! 3 months to get a product "stuck in customs" from CALIFORNIA. I sent a DM to Instagram account after they popped back up and they responded very annoyed saying they were the marketing team and count help with my problem. This company is JOKE! Not worth the hassle.

The lashes are lovely. It took a few months to get my order but they are very high quality and the customer service team was very responsive.

My order have been delayed for months ..and today I finally received it..so don’t worry if someone is going though what I have..so it just a long delay..these eyelashes are so natural..top Quality ..I bought the 3magnets volume plus and the eyeliner kit both a so easy to apply...

Product - The magnetic liner was so easy to put on and the lashes look great. It is so amazing to not have to fuss with glue ever again or book appointments at a lash house given the current situation today.
Customer Service - Compassionate, professional, courteous with swift results provided. Emily is especially a gem.

So I already left a review but the company is trying to take it down so I’m gonna say it again DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEYYYY. I ordered on April 21st, I still have not received my package. Every time I contact them they respond saying my shipment has been “lost or stolen”. They give me fake tracking numbers that do not work. To top it all off, after complaining on Instagram because they would not give me a response when i emailed them, they blocked me from their account !! Stole my money and they are also super rude. All bad reviews are taken down, all good reviews are obviously bots. Do not waste your money.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. HEY CHARGED MY CARD AND I NEVER GOT A ORDER NUMBER IR A VALID TRACKING NUMBER. I HAVE SENT OVER 30 EMAILS SINCE THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT. THEY NEVER GAVE ME A ORDER NUMBER AND SAID MY PACKAGE WAS LOST IN THE MAIL. THEY ASKED FOR ALL MY INFORMATION TO FIND ME IN THEIR SYSTEM. TOTAL SCAM COMPANY AND NEVER GOT MY ORDER OR MY MONEY BACK. REPORT THESE SCAMMERS. ALL THE REVIEWS ON HERE ARE FROM THEM.

SCAM ALERT! SCAM ALERT! I ordered 3 kits with no delivery.They sent me an email that my shipment is lost or stolen...
In addition to emailing them daily, I sent messages on any format I could find (Instagram,FB,youtube)everyone has to know how filthy this "company" is ,and report them.🤬

three months ago I placed my order. I ordered the wrong product and asked to cancel the order. they wrote to me that I cannot cancel and order and I should send the product back to them as soon as I receive it. for two months I did not receive the product and practically every few days I wrote to the customer service to refund my money. They continued to write to me that as soon as I received the product, I shuld return them and they will refund me money. After receiving the package I did not even unpack it, I sent it back (at my expense) and I sent the confirmation of sending it, to the customer service as they wanted. after a few weeks I asked why I haven't received a refund yet and they wrote back that their package was lost and that they could not return me money because they did not return money for products at a discount (all products on their website) and that they could send me products again and of I want a refund, I will have to send them back. customer service is probably just a machine and does not solve problems so, I do not recommend cooperation with this company. from answering the questions only dictate to you what's best for you. there is no conversation at all I will fight for my money 😓 when it comes to the quality of the product (one order I opened) does not knock down. I wanted a natural look but unfortunately they look very unnatural

this is my second review to tell you ALL that my order placed on 5th of JUNE has NOT BEEN RECEIVED YET, Today is 13th of July which means about a month and a 10 days now!.

SCAM! Do not order! I ordered over a month ago and nothing! They gave me a tracking # that has been stuck in "Chicago" for a month! Every time I contact them they say "you should be getting it any day"... they've been saying that for 2 weeks. Customer service even said they called the "carrier" and it would be here shortly... I seriously doubt they called USPS. Not worth the hassle!

Scam! Do not buy

Well, it took a bit to get the product and I was skeptical but once I received the lashes and tried them they are great!! Easy to put on and they look great! One just has to be patient!!

Ordered in April and never received my order! The tracking number they sent me was not trackable. I ordered using the Kourtney Kardashian promo code so very disappointed that this is a scam!!!

Order placed in May 29th, ship out June 6th. Nv arrived
Reached out at the end of June, the gave me a USPS tracking number. Paste it on USPS tracking site and it shows USPS is still waiting for it.
I reached out to them 2 more times with screen shots.They gave me the same tracking number again and basically tell me to track it with USPS myself. And no response after tat.
I posted comments on their Instagram, got deleted instantly.

Edit 7/15: Got my package last week. the USPS tracking number provided by the company is different from the one on my parcel. not sure why.
