Placed my order June 25. I reached out to them 10 days later since I didn't get my item. No response from them after 5 emails. The tracking number they provided is not valid. Getting so frustrated. So easy for them to take my money but no decency to update me with my order. Do not order from them. LEGIT SCAMMER!!!!! Don't make mistake like I did. Never again!

SCAM. Read other reviews carefully. Do your research and they post their own positive reviews while flagging real ones.

I ordered 2 sets of eyelashes on 20th June 2020 and still haven't received them. I'm based in the UK.
The tracking number for the delivery is not recognised on any delivery sites. I have emailed twice to ask what's going on and have not had a response!
Absolutely shocking service and the tracking number being invalid is making me suspect this is a sham company which is probably why I'm getting no responses!

Update 17th July 2020 - they finally replied to my email giving me a delivery tracking number. The tracking number didnt work again so had to email them back.ITEMS HAVE FINALLY ARRIVED TODAY

Terrible customer service. It’s been 2 months since I ordered my lashes and they haven’t come in. Meanwhile, upon my purchase it said they should be delivered within a week. I emailed customer service about it and they just keep sending me the same tracking information. All the tracking information shows is that the product has been sitting in a warehouse, in Chicago, for 2 months. I asked for a refund and they told me I can only get one if I return the product which I haven’t even received. Who knows if I’ll even receive it. I had to dispute the charges with my bank.

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
I keep asking for a refund and they want to send me another product. I have waited since March 28/2020 for this product that apparently is lost or stolen. They will not refund. I do not want to wait for another product from this company.

Unfortunately, it seems this company is taking advantage of people. I have been extremely patient since we are in the midst of a pandemic, but several emails later, I have gotten no where! The emails from the vendor are very cordial, but they are all a template. The same response to almost every single email I sent. No real information/update is given.

A couple weeks ago I tried looking this company up (obviously should have researched sooner) there is a facebook page called "Scammed by Magnetic SL". Unbelievable that there are so many very unhappy people with this company and I'm disappointed in Trustpilot not allowing negative comments when we all have purchase proof and email followup proof. But obviously that is how Trustpilot gets paid by the vendor. I will not use this site for any product reviews.

How does anyone know if the positive feedback is actually real and not a bot? If you notice almost all positive feedback has emojis. Most people do not review products with all those silly things.
Anyone wanting to see my email proof, just message me.

PLEASE research this company prior to placing an order.

This company is a total scam, just like everyone else - neve received my order and I get the same reply - you can get a refund once it's sent. Terrible company

never received my order, its been 3 months now and they wont refund my money back. This company is not legit and they are removing bad reviews and add fake good reviews to trick people. shame.

3 months after ordering my lashes never arrived, they now say my order has been lost and they won’t refund as they have been on sale and it’s against their policy, it’s a scam, beware

It’s a scam!
I ordered my lashes in March and they never turned up.
I told the company and they kept giving me a tracking number that did not exist.
So obviously it was a fake tracking number.
Luckily I contacted my bank and got a refund because it was a scam.
If anyone else goes through this contact your bank and report them as a scam. Your bank should help you.
The good reviews on here are fake.
I know of others that have been scammed by them.

Awful company, awful product! Stay away!! If I could give 0 start I would! The lashes arrived faulty with instructions I could not read as they were written in a different language! I’ve emailed the company many many times to obtain a refund but I am ignored or they respond to my email but ignore the fact they sent me a faulty item and I would like a refund! Complete waste of money!

I placed an order on May 9 2020 it is now July 3rd and I still have no delivery of the products that I ordered. I wouldn’t order from this site if I were you the reviews on the website were clearly written by staff. I wish that I noticed sooner. ***Update: July 9th I finally received my products. The company is legit after all, I’m still not sure about the reviews on the website.The lashes arrived in a plastic shipping bag once you open the bag you will discover a black box that holds your lashes. Would I purchase again no, because it took way too long and the lashes are flimsy. Also the instructions are in French.

BEWARE!!!! I ordered May 2nd and have received nothing! I have proof of emails. They said I can’t get a refund till I receive the item! HA! What if I never receive it!? I guess they are planning to keep my money! I will report them !

Unfortunately, same boat as these recent reviews. Been about 2 months since my order and no product. Customer service says they have shipping issues since this is coming from France, but this is ridiculous. The concerning part is that I’m sure they are still selling these products without informing their new customers it will take months, if ever! I know COVID happened but you can’t expect your customers to wait months for a product.

Do not waste your money. I ordered on March 14th, and despite numerous emails and excuses, absolutely nothing. I have reported Magnetic SL to Mastercard for a fraud investigation. You have to give Magnetic SL credit on their excuses. It's a new one every 5 days. They are refusing to refund my money, so my only option is to pursue them for fraud.

Essentially those $2 false lashes you get from drug stores are far superior than this rubbish. Flimsy magnetic lashes that didn't even last half a day - despite Magnetic SL claiming there's over 100 uses. Magnets fall off and the lashes I received were warped on one corner too. Then there is the liner. Just horrible. Smells like a mix of overpowering chemicals and vomit. AGAIN another false claim of "clean beauty" by both the company and a Kardashian endorsement. I wouldn't DARE put this near my eyes for fear of some kind of reaction or chemical burn. I had to use a magnetic liner from another company to attempt to use these overpriced lashes. By lunchtime the magnets had unbelievably unstuck on both lashes. Reusable? More like disposable. Overall this was an absolute horrible experience. Initially spent 2 months chasing my order which was "dispatched" within two days of my initial order however supplied with a FAKE USPS tracking number. Contacting their customer service is futile. Especially on social media. They have a tendency to ignore any messages and worst yet silence and delete any comments on post regarding your queries on order status. You may also find yourself blocked (talking from experience). Via email, you're one of the lucky few if you get a response and yet when you do it's an automatic and generated reply with irrelevant information that sends you running around in circles. It wasn't until I reported this scam to my bank and disputed the charge that I "magically" received my lashes 1 week later. Do yourself a favour and don't even bother with this sham of a company. Completely overpriced, worthless and virtually unusable. Giving these guys 1 star is being OVERLY generous in my opinion.

***Edit: I can confirm I’ve finally received what I ordered after a 60 day wait! Still unhappy with how long I've had to wait with no customer service and or tracking number. I was provided with the tracking details couple of days before arrival.****

I agree with all of the other girls getting scammed. This website is fake. I wish I’ve read the reviews before buying them blindly after an ad by Fouz. 1 month since and no tracking number or response from customer service!!

I received mine today, I ordered June 4th and trust me I thought I got scammed too. Yes I paid for fast shipping and it came almost a month later instead of the 2 day shipping but I believe that’s due to Covid, yes I emailed all the time and it was hard to get a response from the company, but it is real and everyone who ordered just be patient, your order is coming. Idk why we pay for fast shipping though. I am happy with the product. Mine are just fine.

I waited 3 months for my order of 2 sets of lashes at $111.99 Australian dollars each, website in Australian dollars. My tracking number never tracked and was changed after 6 weeks and the new tracking number did not track.
After delivery my instructions where all in French, I tested my new eyeliner on my wrist and it was fine. Then used eyeliner on my eyes, after a few hours my eyes started to heat up and burn and went red and inflamed. Have photos to prove inflammation. The company refuses to give returns as they were purchased on a promotion.

At first I thought it was a scam . Ordered in March , and I took a few months to arrive, meanwhile I was battling for my money back ! But , it arrived ( late but still) . The quality is pretty mediocre and the glue from the kit is burning my eyes which made it impossible to use - so it’s a no from me. Materials feel very cheap and “dollar store” ish .
