I had a charging problem and so contacted the company. They replied within an hour or so and swiftly sorted everything for me. Top notch customer service.

I love these Ultrasonic make up brushes. They give a much better finish than regular brushes because of the micro movements - a bit like a pro would do.

I thought it might be all sales hype and I'm quite sceptical of these things, so imagine my surprise when it turns out the hype is real. :)

I cannot believe how some reviews below have given this shambles of a company 5 star reviews, they're all likely fakes.

I emailed customer service (no phone number provided for customer service- red flag) to get some information about their facial steamer. I received a reply which was totally disconnected to the questions I asked, no questions were answered and it said to get advise from the doctor! I asked questions about a Magnitone machine, so they should answer the questions, the doctor won't be able to advise on magnitone machines. It is clear they don't know what they're doing and I am glad I sent an email which gave me good indication on how useless this company and its products are. I wouldn't like to deal with such a company that has zero customer service in the warranty period either and do not trust them or their products.

The email came from 'Georgie' but the name used to sign off the email reply was Jack. Crooks!

Fantastic products and even better customer service. Magnitone xoxo stopped working (this item is amazing) so I contacted the help team who were brilliant. Covered under warranty and they got a replacement sent to me straight away no hassle no drama and all communication was quick and easy. Thank you for your outstanding customer service Magnitone team.

After using my XOXO soft touch silicone facial brush daily for sometime (which is fantastic and has made such a difference to my skin!) I had some issues with it not charging. I emailed customer service and received a reply the next day. After providing them with a few details, a replacement was sent to me and arrived within a few days. Some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time! Thank you.

I absolutely love my sonic foundation brush which was a considered purchase for me but where do I get replacement heads from , nothing coming up on website QVC no longer stock the range and e mails are firing back to me which is concerning . Please please how do I buy new brushes as for the cost I was hoping to get many many years out of this amazing tool .

Having researched several products online, I bought the blend-up brush kit & barefaced two cleansing brush . My initial reaction is that they were amazing finds making my cleansing routine for dry skin much easier. The make-up brush provides quick, delicate coverage and is excellent for tinted BB cream and moisturisers - and coverage can be built-up. I remembered to register for Magnitone Membership. Unfortunately, two items stopped working - I was upset and contacted Magnitone Customer Services and explained the circumstances. Unlike any customer service, I have every come across, without hesitation without extensive form filling, without agony and problems, I received replacement Items – PHENOMENAL, INCREDIBLE, and much appreciated service.

I contacted the Magnitone Helpline after discovering a fault with one of their products a shade over 12 months since I purchased it. After providing them with details of the faulty product, the Helpline team swiftly (next day) replied to the effect that they would send me a replacement item. I am absolutely delighted with the prompt service I have received and of course the replacement offer. So refreshing in these times.

Had an issue with an item I was bought as a gift. Speedy response and no quibbling replacement being sent as we speak. Excellent service.

I had a problem with my wellhead 2 machine suddenly stopped working. Contacted customer service and they responded immediately. Shortly after which I was blessed with a replacement product!

I had a magnitone blend up , to which I only use on special occasions to look and feel different. Unfortunately I came to use my blend up but no power, would not charge tried over a few days nothing no light on etc. I also tried the lock an unlock feature to see if that was the problem. E mailed magnitone for help and advice on trouble shooting ideas etc . Received a quick and friendly responses from Daisy and Georgie who were very helpful and kindly are sending out a new blend up for me which is above and beyond my expectations. Thank you guys at magnitone great customer service.

I was send a liftoff that stopped working after charging it for the first time.

I have sent 4 emails and have completely been ignored over a couple of months.

Such a waste of money and I’m so unhappy with their customer service.

I highly recommend Magnitone products and customer service. I had a technical problem with my face brush. After a few days, I got a new brush as part of the warranty. Quick contact with customer service. 10 out of 10. the brush is just amazing 👌👌 I missed it very much as I was waiting for a new one.

Liftoff. I use this a few times a week and notice a definite improvement in the my skin tone. I use a number of beauty products but this has been a nice addition to my beauty regime.

Love the cleansing brushes. I’ve had one for years so decided to upgrade. Customer service was really helpful to recommend and I love my new brush. Thanks.
