I don’t believe that I’ve ever had such good customer service — I contacted Magnitone with a small difficulty with a device — and the friendly advice was second to none — and they also replaced the device immediately.

I am a first time buyer from Magniton and it will be my last, AVOID AT ALL COST the so call customer service is disgusting I received my Gobare mini shaver only to find it would not work and would not charge up, I contacted the so call customer service and was asked to send a video which I have done. It has been 4 days now and I have sent a further 3 E-mail and had zero response. The item I have recieved is not fit for purpose and it is impossible to get hold of them. This company needed to be investigaed.

UPDATE: It took some time, but the Customer Service was very friendly and I eventually received a replacement. I still can not give more stars, as I expected the product to last longer, than one year.

The FuzzOff 3-in-1 Trimmer stopped working after three uses. It happened during the warranty period, so I contacted the customer service for replacement.
It has been two weeks of back and forth with the customer service. I am getting some automated responses requesting to send them the video of the fault and I sent it four times, but now they are saying they can't see the attachments in my e-mails!
I am not sure how it all is going to end. I shall update my review once some conclusion is reached, good, or bad.

DISGUSTING & STRESSFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
I bought a product and it never worked. I had to send the product back in order to get a refund but the company refused to reimburse me for the postage costs. I have spent 4 months wasting my time telling Daisy that by law I am entitled for a refund of the postage as goods were faulty but no she will not do that because their website says they do not refund the postage costs. How is a statement on a website above the law? I also had some of the cost of product refund deducted too for no clear reason which I had to claim for chargeback for to get the rest of my money back but the bank wouldn't chargeback for the postage costs. I was dismissed by Daisy when I threatened small claims court action too. I have been feeling so stressed about whether I should pursue with a small claims court in order to get my money back. I have reported these crooks to trading standards and I think everyone else should do the same. Any 5 star reviews for them is most probably fake.

Received the Magnitone Barefaced2 brush for Christmas from my partner. Registered the warranty on Christmas day. 4 months later, the brush will no longer charge. I contacted the retailer I purchased from and they advised that magnitone handles all their own returns. Contacted magnitone weeks ago regarding this, quoting my warranty number. Absolutely no response despite me chasing and chasing it again. It's just impossible to get hold of them. These reviews don't give me much hope. It appears the "warranty" doesnt hold much value if you don't honour it! This is the fourth magnitone item I've owned and all have had issues. Avoid at all costs!

I had the misfortune of receiving the substandard xoxo electric cleansing brush as a gift. I used it once and it stopped working. I’ve been on to the customer care team looking for it to be fixed or replaced. They asked me to send a video which I did they then asked me to send a picture of the product with the back button removed which proves that the piece is beyond repair which I did. Unfortunately my mother did not keep the receipt and had paid for the product with cash. They are refusing to replace the device which is obvious there’s and did not magic itself into my house. The level of customer service is shocking. Generic answers sent out. Would not recommend buying from or dealing with this subpar company.

Little to no customer service. Free delivery but if you need to return and item they take the ‘free’ fee off your refund. I returned my item first class, after two weeks I hadn’t heard anything so I chased them and they then refunded but needed me to ask for it, doubt they would have honoured the refund had I not followed up.

I wish I had read the reviews before buying. What a disaster! I received a sample in a Birch Box, went online and placed an order which included taxes and delivery to Ireland. They sent the goods to their courier, who requested an undefined payment to cover extras - turned out to be 31% more! I cancelled the order after an enormous amount of hassle/poor customer service response and used my payment method to receive a refund after a long period. Never again!

Tried the silicone cleansing brush too. Don’t know why anyone would pay for the super expensive foreyo one. Makes my face feel great. Delivers quickly

Having left a review previously regarding warranty not worth paper it is written on magnitone responded as you can see in the review.They asked me to contact them if I still required a replacement,this I did.I DID NOT GET A REPLACEMENT OR OFFER OF ONE.I got an explanation why they did not honour the warranty
Beware buying from this company,if you can avoid it.They will do anything to refuse your warranty rights.

I do not recommend this website 16of March I was buy GO BARE mini Shaver used 4 times and stop working. Terrible customer service for 100% do nor recommend!

I purchased the Magnitone barefaced 2 from a stockist called facetheory. This particular stockiest was 50% cheaper than purchasing directly from magitone! It wasn't in the sale and is their normal price for this product. I struggle to understand why magnitone charge twice as much on their website. After 8 months my magnitone just stopped working. Luckily I had registered the 12 month warranty. I went directly to magnitone who requested proof of purchase. I ended up having to screen shot my bank statement as I had deleted all my confirmation emails of purchase. I was asked to also provide a video of it not working. After reading the terrible reviews I feel very fortunate that they did honour the warranty and a replacement handle was sent out so I have to give them credit. I was surprised to find it arrive in just a jiffy bag and I did question whether it was a reconditioned handle but I was assured that it was new. Unfortunately as it was a replacement apparently warranty doesn't come with it so I'm hoping I don't encounter the same fault, however if I do, based on my experience and other reviews I don't think I will be purchasing another bareface magnitone. I do actually use it as my daily routine and it does clean my face really really well. Before I had used the barefaced2 I had gone years not realising how much makeup was still left on my skin from normal cleansing and cotton wool so I have to thank magnitone for this.

Arrived today ... charged it for 2 hours not working . Just making a noise really disappointed on the product. Sending straight back for refund 😡

I ordered the facial toning device. IT WORKS! I have noticed as I’m approaching 40 my skin sagging around my jowls. This tightened them after one use. Can’t recommended enough. I also bought the silicone cleanser but yet to use it so will revue when I do.

The Derm It hand sanitiser is the best!

It's super effective, smells great and is not sticky! I take it with me where ever I go!

I got the XOXO Cleansing Brush and the WipeOut Cleansing Cloth recently, and I'm super impressed!

I used the cloth to take my makeup off (did not think it would work with just water, but it did!) and then used the cleansing brush with my normal cleanser, and I have to say my skin looks great!
I've always had very oily skin and I definitely didn't expect these new products to help with that, especially not so fast, but the difference is really noticeable!

I had purchased the SteamAhead & Highbrow shaping pencil. Very pleased with both of my purchases which I used over the weekend.

SteamAhead is very quick and easy to use.

Highbrow shaping pencil is great as it gets rid of the tiniest of hairs! Perfect to shape up your brows at home!

I recently bought the Barefaced 2 and absolutely love it! My face has never felt so soft & smooth. Super easy to set up & use. Shipping was really fast, and came packaged beautifully. Now I'm desperate to try the Wipe-Out and some of their skincare goodies. Such good products at a really good price too!

I received the Barefaced 2, Blend up make up brush, Microfibre cleansing cloths and Wipeout cleansing pads as a Christmas gift. I cannot recommend them enough. I am so impressed I’ve been buying these products for birthday gifts.
The cleansing brush leaves your skin feeling amazing so clean and fresh like you’ve had a professional facial.
The make up brush just makes your foundation look flawless and I love the vibration feels like your getting a mini workout on your face at the same time.
The cleansing cloths and pads are magic, just wet them with water and they remove your make up.. it’s incredible. The instructions are really easy to follow on all the products. I’ve already got my eye on some more products to add to my collection.

Bought my girlfriend the steamer for Valentine's Day and she loves it, had been wanting it for ages. Ordered it direct from the website and arrived quickly. Would order from there again
