Very good choice for foreigners to have a debit card in Iran. Staff very friendly and committed.

Of all thing that I saw, is app is than worst case of debit card for foreign tourist.

The single best choice I made while planning my trip to Iran. It gave me the flexibility to stay longer than I'd planned, the convenience of paying for anything without fumbling through heaps of cash or getting lost in exchange rates...

(Careful though not to over-rely on it — I got used to carrying zero cash at all, and ended up struggling when I eventually went to more far-off places where people would not take cards and Ayandeh Bank ATMs would be much more scarce than in main/touristy cities.)

We used Mah card during our trip to Iran. Everything went really well, it was super easy to use, and the team was always there to answer our questions.

Service is good and fast but the card is expensive.
Besides the 7% they take an additional 2-3 % on the rate that you would get if you change your money locally.

It helps me a lot during my travel in iran

If you are traveling to Iran, this kind of temporal debit card is needed for safety and convenience when western credit card is barred from use and cash is the only alternative. People’s life in Iran has moved into the use of debit cards already and cash is sometimes not accepted. Also the largest bill is 500k Rial which is worth USD 1.7 and USD 200 becomes 2 inches thick.
Some providers are not active as of December 2021 due to the long cessation of tourist visa issuance until November 2021 and Mah Card was the only provider who answered to my inquiry and issued the cards for me and my wife before we travel. The card was delivered to our guide a day before our arrival. This assurance was very appreciated for the planning of the trip.

I used Mah Card while visiting Iran in December 2021. Card payments are accepted widely and it makes life much easier when you have this payment option available to you. I found the Mah Card team very easy to deal with. I managed to leave the Mah Card in a ATM and was unable to get the card back the next day from the bank as I had to leave Tehran. Mah card provided numerous options on how I could redeem the balance of funds on the card & I was happy with the follow up service they provided.

Easy to load, and also an option (that I didn’t use) to get the remaining money back (loosing a bit on the exchange rate of course).

Excellent customer service. I just wish if I can access to my balance via phone. Its bit daunting going to the atm to do so .
That's been said the customer service were true aid. And guided me through.

MahCard was the best invention ever for tourists, travelers in Iran!!!
Without the MahCard I would have had big problems! From the beginning I started with the card just to test how it was working! Then I experienced how perfect it was and then the Corona Virus came and I was blocked in Iran! MahCard really saved me and still during this period!!! I thank MahCard people for great assistance when I needed help and information they answered me immediately!!! I can’t thank you enough! I really recommend everyone coming to this lovely country to get MahCard !!! Thank you
