I had an email account with them for more than 10 years. One day, completely out of the blue, they locked out of my account. No notice, no warning, no explanation, ZERO contact from mail.com. I wrote to their support team to ask what the hell is going on, I was met with a nothing response accusing me of some vague “security issue” — which they refused to explain — and told me the account was PERMANENTLY locked. Their response boiled down to: “We’re blocking your account forever. We won’t tell you why. Thanks for understanding.”
I lost absolutely everything I had in my account, 10 years of my life wiped out overnight, like it never existed. No appeal, no recovery, no care for the fact that this email was tied to bank accounts, social media accounts, insurance logins, subscriptions accounts, plus I used this email on every version of my CV for the past 10 years. It took me weeks to undo the damage that this did.
Considering opening an account? I would encourage you to open an account with the Somali pirates, you'll get better customer service. Already a Mail.com account holder? Remember, if you entertain a clown you become part of the circus 🤡

Been locked out of my account after a few days because I signed in from my phone like I've been doing since I opened it but different address. This is an email address I need for my new job with a logistics company, now I can't access my emails to complete my onboarding and everything else I need to do. This must be the worst customer service ever. I would give it zero stars. It is virtually impossible to delete the account. I keep getting Oops messages when I try to delete two mail.com accounts. I paid for Premium support and filled in the contact form - no response. Their AI is worse than useless.
