If You Value Your Data, NEVER Use Mail.com

I had an email account with them for more than 10 years. One day, completely out of the blue, they locked out of my account. No notice, no warning, no explanation, ZERO contact from mail.com. I wrote to their support team to ask what the hell is going on, I was met with a nothing response accusing me of some vague “security issue” — which they refused to explain — and told me the account was PERMANENTLY locked. Their response boiled down to: “We’re blocking your account forever. We won’t tell you why. Thanks for understanding.”

I lost absolutely everything I had in my account, 10 years of my life wiped out overnight, like it never existed. No appeal, no recovery, no care for the fact that this email was tied to bank accounts, social media accounts, insurance logins, subscriptions accounts, plus I used this email on every version of my CV for the past 10 years. It took me weeks to undo the damage that this did.

Considering opening an account? I would encourage you to open an account with the Somali pirates, you'll get better customer service. Already a Mail.com account holder? Remember, if you entertain a clown you become part of the circus 🤡

Locked out of account after few days

Been locked out of my account after a few days because I signed in from my phone like I've been doing since I opened it but different address. This is an email address I need for my new job with a logistics company, now I can't access my emails to complete my onboarding and everything else I need to do. Customer service are very slow so not heard from them yet. Why do they lock you out of your account so easily???? It's absolutely ridiculous. Worst email provider I've ever used. Probably lost a job because of these clowns

This email really cares about your privacy.

I had not been on my email site for quite a while. I was out of the area and did not have a chance to check my email. Since I did not check it my account was locked to protect me so that the wrong persons were not able to get in. Thank you Mail . Com for protecting my privacy. You are the best.

By far the worst email service you can use. ALWAYS BEING BOMBARDED BY FUC TEMU ADS. Are you partners with this Chinese company? Can't even read an email without en Temu ads invading your messages. No way. them.off. Im done with mail.com.. tired of your invasive temu bullshit. Almost as bad as trustpilot telling us what language we can and can't use. Just dogs trying to unlawfully invalidate out freedom.. of speech.

I had my pw generated and saved to my phone which I lost on Sunday. I have been trying to reset my email to no avail. Its so disappointing as this is between life and death situation and no one is getting back to me from mail.com. No response to alternate email till date. It's depressing . No contact number to call you chatting with a robot that's all so sad and I need this ASAP like ASAP

Email.com hacked

I have an email.com account which has been hacked. They have changed my password and recovery email. Contacted mail.com to get it fixed but no response. Will they ever get back to me. Have had the account 20 years so has a lot of information on that I need.

This must be the worst customer service…

This must be the worst customer service ever. I would give it zero stars. It is virtually impossible to delete the account. I keep getting Oops messages when I try to delete two mail.com accounts. I paid for Premium support and filled in the contact form - no response. Their AI is worse than useless.
