You said you had it in stock on line when I made my order and you took payment then confirmed delivery.
Then you sent message saying out of stock and cannot be ordered.

We were happy to get this sink something a bit different at a good price, the plumbing is a different matter but can be sorted!

I bought the wrong finish, and the team were really helpful on helping me choose the right finish. I ended up returning my original purchase and placing a new order. I was much happier with their suggested finish, plus impressed with how quickly they refunded my original purchase.

I was able to purchase something online which was discontinued!!

Mike from Majorelle was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He fulfilled our order immediately and shipped the products the same day. They also have the best prices we could find anywhere. I can't recommend them enough for your high end sanitary ware needs.

Most companies miss use the term "Specialists" but Majorelle more than justly deserve that privileged description! Mike Flatley's on the spot knowledge of products and their specifications was amazing, I take my hat off to this man.

If you cancel an order you should inform the customer

Easy to order the product I required on line. As it happens the product was out of stock and within about 30 minutes of the order I received a call from the company explaining that it may take a few weeks to fulfill it which was fine with me. They helpfully provided a product specification requested on the call almost immediately. Product has arrived in perfect condition. I just need to fit it

you've asked me for a review but the delivery you tell me is in 4 weeks. wouldn't it be better if i gave you a review after the order has been completed. seems a complete waste of both our times. let's just say so far ok. you have my money but so far i haven't received anything. not the best way for me to do business...but i'm hopeful all will be well...
