this recent purchase was my second from Make your own jeans and again they have gone above and beyond. Product arrived as ordered and on time and as always was EXACTLY what i wanted. i have recommended their site to all who comment on the garment

I placed an order for a suit and they are trying to sell me a cheaper suit before they make my suit based on the measurements I provided.

The jeans fit and made well. Your web site is difficult to use

I ordered the carpenter style jeans so I could carry my phone in the side pocket but the side pockets were placed so low on my leg that the phone got in the way of climbing stairs and it banged against my calf. Also, the fit wasn’t right. I notified the company and Terry responded promptly and politely so I appreciate that and the $25 coupon for my next purchase but I spent $75 plus shipping for pants I can’t use. So if you order this style be sure to specify the placement of the side pockets. Also, the piece of fabric for hanging a hammer is so long and loose I cut it off.

Jeans length was 3 percent longer than requested. Spoilt an otherwise good experience. Have been offered a $25 voucher to next order. This does not fix my current problem.

Excellent quality jeans, arrived quickly and matched my measurements. Don't be put off by the basic website, it does what it needs and is easy to use.

Made a small adjustment via email via customer service as opposed to canceling the order. The the issue was to make the leg opening slightly larger by half inch somehow the thigh got like 3 inches wide. I emailed several times about the issue never heard back. The order time is approximate below.

No back pockets. Way to short and way too baggy.

The jeans this time were a bit more blue/black and dark blue, which i wasn't expecting. Everything else is perfect, including the fit. But the darker color makes a more formal pair of jeans which is acceptable.

My only complaint is the time it took for my Jeans to arrive.

Have not received any updates on my order placed over a month ago. Company does not respond to emails or inquiry about product delivery time.

easy to order, great communication from make your own jeans. Good delivery company used. Do not expect your item within days of your order, remember there are people making your item, not robots. wear your item the same day it is delivered and tell everyone it is tailor made just for you. I ordered a pair of light wash custom jeans. The team was really helpful through the process, but unfortunately when I received them, the seat measurement was way off.

On October 4th I ordered jeans from Makeyourownjeans. Never let me repeat Never got any jeans. And to date I am out $200.00 and no jeans or money back. If you are smart you will stay away from Makeyourownjeans.

They always do a great job with making the jeans accurately. Only thing is it sometimes takes a while.

Jean waist was 3” short. Response was because they were stretch jeans. 3” for 0.5% stretch! 😢ridiculous! Guarantee is lie!

wrong size ,does not match what I sent in.

I recently purchased jeans from MYOJ. I was happy with the product except for one important measurement, the waist. I asked for 34". The jean fit well except for the waist, which was very tight. I sent an image to MYOJ showing the jeans and a tape measure, demonstrating a 32" waist. They responded by saying that the cutting room had not made a mistake. They offered 10% off another pair. I repeated my story and said no. Then I got an offer for 50% plus $10 shipping. Again, I said no. If I had said "yes" to the 2nd offer, what waist measurement would I ask for? What waist measurement will you ask for?

I do not believe MYOJ takes customer service very seriously and do not stand behind their products. I have purchased several pair of jeans from them over the years. They have been generally hit or miss. One order had a strange denim that was do scratchy on the inside I could not wear them. You can order two pair of jeans that both claim 3% stretch and one stretches as expected and fits well while the other stretches much less and is uncomfortable-especially if you order a snug fit. In general I've been ok with the misses because of the price. But now it seems most end up in the $80 range and I expect a little more.

My most recent order, however, has led me to make the decision to never shop there again. One of the jeans I ordered looks literally nothing like the pictures. They are a much different shade and also a much lighter color than the pictures. Perhaps I can dye them darker but what they sent me is not what was ordered. The most they were willing to do was a $25 gift certificate for a future purchase. Rather than admit it's a completely different color than pictured, they are chalking it up to an expected variation. If what you sell me looks nothing like the picture of the product on your web site, it's either carelessness or false advertising. I'm just very disappointed.

On the positive side, the measurements are always very close to what I specified. The stitching is always great and they're just made well in general. I have had, I believe, two rivets come undone but that was many years ago.

Good customer service and I received my suit faster than expected.
