Quality and style

Great customer service. My first pair did not work out too well, I just did not know what I was doing enough to measure correctly. Erica gave me a little discount for the second pair. Erica had to renew the discount Certificate a couple of times. I keep a very busy schedule in my business and travel frequently, and the discount Certificate had expired a couple of times in the interim, before I could place an order with it. The second pair is perfect, and now I know what the right measurements are for future pairs. This fine tuning for the right measurements took a great deal of back and forth emails with Erica, who was extremely patient and exceptional.

Exceptional, I'm 5'4" so quite small for a man. Try and get a pair off the self with a small rise, since a regular rise puts the waist of the jeans just under my ribs so its impossible. I tried Makeyourownjeans, just to see if they were any different. Well all I can say is I'm seriously impressed, they take a few weeks to make and arrive, but since they are all made to measure then hey its going to take a couple of weeks. They arrived, and the workmanship is exceptional, and the fit is perfect. Yes I needed to make sure I measured correctly, but the website helps immensely with showing you how to do this. I ordered just one pair to test, however I'm now ordering another 3 pairs and since my measurements are now on file its simple and easy.... All I can say is make sure you ask someone to help measure, and then give it a go. I won't be shopping at the general stores again, bespoke is the way to go. Thanks Dom

Although I followed the company's instructions for measuring, the jeans they sent were too small in two places. Additionally, I wanted the color as shown on their site's sample but it wasn't a swatch selection. I emailed ahead of time asking how to get that color and was told to include that in the comment of my order. Still, I didn't get that color.

When I contacted them about both issues, they refused a return and only offered me a small discount if I bought another pair—which I again would not be able to be sure they would fit or be the right color.

Most companies that provide clothing online allow for returns, and build that into their price. For this price I thought I'd be able to do that ghtoto get it right but could not. Beware. They allow corrections on only a few selections.

Easy to use website to place your order, excellent customer service and most importantly received a quality pair of a jeans at a a bargain price

I ordered a pair of Khakis at the same size as my jeans were made. The jeans fit well and the Khakis are too tight. The khakis are not advertised as a "guaranteed to fit" product so, MYOJ will not accept a return.

The shorts look good, but an error has been made in the outer length. I have pointed this out and the MYOJ people have offered to compensate for this error with a 20% discount on a repeat order. I am satisfied with that response.

Perfect fit. When they questioned my measurement/fit that I’d submitted, as I had them a bit different from previous orders, they sent an email. This is my 8th or 9th pair from Make Your Own Jeans. So that should tell you how happy I am with them.

I have ordered from this website once before, and it was great. I decided to place an order for a different style of jean, and the sizing was horribly off, even though I gave my exact measurements. I don't know what happened this time.

Product arrived quickly (3 weeks) and the quality was very good.
