Very disappointed.
Bought various pairs over the years and got two more pairs a few months ago. Stitching started coming away form the button holes within a few washes.
Was only offered $25 to have both pairs repaired by a local seamstress

The clothes arrived, promptly, were well made and a great fit.

I bought them for my husband and he said they are the best jeans he’s ever had! 😃

Too little sustainablitily. Too few colours to chose from.

Quality material and workmanship, but they don't fit. I double-checked my measurements and there are no errors, but still they are too tight around the back of my legs and I can't do up the front zip. Wasted my money unfortunately.

Yet again the jeans have arrived very quickly and are exactly as ordered. The usual high quality materials and workmanship too.

Item says delivered, but it's not been delivered to this address. I have messaged them however I've had no response as of yet.

With tolls, taxes and freight company's fee for handling this, the total cost for my garment increased with 50%. Although I am aware of a caveat for addtional costs, such costs ought to be calculated and shown at point of sale.

I've gotten all my pants from MYOJ since around 2009 or 2010. I wear 37.5" inseam so there is no other option. After you order a few and learn the right measurements, you will be happy and set for life at MYOJ!

Order is shipped from India which is not listed anywhere! This incurred a massive Customs fee of almost 50% of my total order cost. DHL were rubbish and held my order after I paid this customs fee for an extra week.

Item arrived way bigger than measurements given and smelling of mould! Absolutely terrible experience. Would not recommend.

These are nice jeans, as described and made to the measurements we provided. If we had been off a little, I'd be concerned if the pants had been a little off about navigating a correction.

I am a larger man with very tricky measurements. After submitting my order, the company contacted me to double check my measurements because something seemed off. And, they were right! I submitted something incorrectly and they caught it. They helped me with the correct measurements and even had me submit pictures of a pair of pants that are comfortable on me. My order came and my pants fit perfectly! I really appreciate the attention to detail they took to make sure my order was correct. And, the quality is exceptional. I highly recommend!

Received my jeans and very satisfied with the quality of the item. Fit seemed just a little bit off in the waist; don't know if I missed the measurement or whether the seamstress was off, but it was a little looser than I would have liked. I am going to tweak the measurement, against my better judgement, but I believe the error was on my part and not the seamstress. I requested a larger coin pocket and they did not fail on that part, as it is almost twice the size of the coin pocket on the 501s I always wear. I ordered the heavier duty denim (14oz) and felt that it still seemed a little on the light side. Maybe they will offer a heavier denim in the future. I will be ordering again with tweaked measurements. It is my intent to order most, if not all, of my jeans from MakeYourOwnJeans. I hope I can get the perfect jean. It also nice to have a 'bespoke' clothing item to brag about.

Still don’t have the product

I am a long time customer. I'm on the West coast of Canada and have foud the service to be very timely. I would say from order to delivery is about one month give or take a couple of days on either side. The quality is amazing and they are always made directly to my measurments

Dreadful service! I do not recommend this company at all. I ordered in October and it is now mid December and no jeans yet!!! Don't waste your time and money. Did I mention Dreadful service.
