So happy with the final product. The quality of everything we ordered was brilliant and was delivered in timeframe given. Would definitely recommend.

We originally saw a wedding sign on the website but when we came to order, we could no longer see it available anymore. However, we emailed Cassandra and she was absolutely amazing! She customised a board for us and kept us updated all the way through the progress, also insuring it was delivered on time as we left it too late. I could not recommend this company high enough! Thank you so much!

Wow Malandra and her team were amazing! Everyone loved the welcome sign we had, and we certainly got some laughs from our guests!
I also had table names, memory board, gift messages and more from Mally's and everything looked stunning! Malandra went above and beyond to help me and I was so happy with everything! I even cried when it first arrived as it was more than I imagined.

Cassandra was so helpful and accommodating. We ordered all our signs from here and especially loved the featuring husband sign, our guests loved the humour behind it. All arrived very quickly and very happy we picked Mally's Crafts. Very well priced and nothing was too much. Would highly recommend.

We ordered our welcome sign, seating chart, menus and various other signs from Mallys Crafts for our July wedding. Everything arrived on time in perfect condition and packed really well.

The ordering process was simple and easy, so many beautiful designs to choose from, I had to make a couple changes once I’d sent my seating plan off and they were more than happy to assist me thankfully as I’d made mistakes! Amazing wedding signs, name cards and reserved tags! All such lovely quality and complimented our wedding decor perfectly. Really easy to communicate with Mally and she ensured everything was exactly how we wanted before processing, couldn’t recommend enough!

I ordered a wide selection of signage for my wedding. I initially enquired about bespoke signage as I wanted our logo to be included but Cassandra kindly advised that this could be included and just to leave a note when making the order. At this stage I also made it clear that I wanted the welcome sign to be vertical/portrait (as opposed to horizontal/landscape). I made an order through the website and had a number of communications with Cassandra. She only provided proofs for sign off of a few items despite my requests to be able to pre-check all designs. On three occasions I have stated that the welcome sign needs to be portrait and not landscape. My order arrived in a timely manner and the menus had names from an earlier revision of the list, which Cassandra has agreed to resolve, but the welcome sign was in landscape. Instead of resolving this and providing a replacement sign, Cassandra sought to repel any responsibility and said basically you got what you paid for. Despite not mentioning this as an issue at all throughout our communications. Extremely disappointing when you spend a few hundred quid on signage!

Our welcome board fit our wedding perfectly and it was the perfect shade of blue too! We can't thank you enough! x

Really poor quality and even worse customer service.

The person who works there clearly is unable to spell 'November' which was incorrect on my wedding signs. When I noticed (5 months before the wedding), I was rudely told that they would not replace the items as it was over 7 days since ordering. I had not taken them out of the box previously as had ordered 2 years early for the wedding so didn't want them to get damaged during our house move.

Mally’s Crafts were so helpful in creating our wedding signage. It was a really simple and easy process to select what we wanted and we were amazed by the high-quality finish of the boards when they arrived. On our wedding day, the signs looked absolutely stunning, the gold lettering glisten in the sun, and, guests commented on how beautiful they all looked. I would highly recommend using this company. I'm super impressed with the service I've received from this company. Nothing was to much trouble especially when I wanted to change a few things. Found them friendly and the table plan was even nicer in real life. Very impressed wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and I would use them again in the future.

Great service, fast email replies and speedy delivery!

Ordered our wedding stationary from this website a few weeks back. Arrived and everything was great apart from our wedding table plan had two surnames missing from two guests names. We emailed the company to get this sorted and a lovely lady called Cassandra helped us sort this out and sent us a new one with the two surnames added. This was dispatched very quickly and arrived within a week. To our surprise, we opened the package and saw the surnames had been rectified however the title on the table plan said 'Your seat awaits' instead of the customised title we had made on our original board. This is not good enough and we are paying for a service which we have not recieved. Really dissapointed to have to leave this review on here but I feel I need to as we have paid to a service which was not cheap, which we have not recieved. Our wedding is 4 weeks away and after the hassle of having to get this reshipped to us, we have simply given up and will not be trying at a 3rd attempt for it to arrive wrong yet again. Shocking please avoid!!

We ordered through Mally's crafts for our seating plan for the wedding.
We dealt with Cassandra throughout and she was wonderful - nothing was an issue & she was so contactable throughout. The first one came and unfortunately it was damaged in the post. We contacted Cassandra and she immediately sent us another one which arrived the following day.

I placed an order 7th April and I contacted Mally’s Crafts via email the same day as my estimated delivery date was 24th April and our wedding was 28th April. I spoke to a super helpful staff member called Cassandra who managed to get the order sorted much quicker. I was so grateful for this as it made the weeks before the wedding so much less stressful. The sign were really good quality and exactly as I had wanted.

I would be very careful ordering anything from this company. My first sign turned up broken and I did not like their comments regarding this, almost as though I had broken it myself. Secondly I ordered an order of the day sign which was not going to be delivered until my actual wedding day. When I asked if they could do something about this, I was told that I accepted when it was going to be delivered, which I do not remember doing and they have no proof of that. Their customer service is rude and unhelpful. I brought a lot from here before this for my wedding and was unsure why they didn’t want to help a customer out. I will not be buying from here again, and I urge others not too either. It’s over priced and they need to work on their communication skills.

I recently got married and ordered a welcome sign and seating plan from Mally's crafts. I loved the selection of signs and the amount you're able to customise them. the delivery time was quick and when I ordered a last minute seating plan, customer service was brilliant at responding and helping me to get the item a couple of days quicker. The outcome was brilliant and packaged well. Thank you!
